Attention: Stay alert for a scammer from Anıtkabir, Turkey, known as “HookOwner”!

After a series of detailed investigations and the collection of concrete evidence, we have identified that this scammer uses sophisticated strategies to avoid the reports and exposures made against him. His tactic involves abandoning a Telegram ID as soon as it is reported, and then reporting his own old IDs on his current scam channel to appear as a trustworthy source.

This behavior is a clear effort to deceive channel members, pretending to help expose other scammers while actually sacrificing his old IDs, which are no longer useful to him. This creates a false impression of legitimacy while he continues to scam with new IDs.

We have updated the list of all Telegram IDs used by this scammer based on our investigations and analyses. It is important that all channel members avoid any dealings with the listed IDs, as this will result in financial losses.

Additionally, when exposed and reported, he tries to divert attention by claiming that the scammer IDs do not belong to him and accuses the reporters—us, Threat—of being the real owners of these IDs. In reality, we are the ones behind the reports and takedowns of these fraudulent channels.

This individual demonstrates deeply dishonest behavior and possibly suffers from issues of dissimulation. There are also strong indications that he is not Turkish but a Brazilian pretending to be Turkish, taking random projects and modifying them to scam people.

This Turkish scammer also operates on well-known forums like XSS, where he sells his scam software through Session or Tox. He creates threads on the forum, posts positive comments, and uses his alt accounts to gain reputation and provide fake references. Stay alert.
