Scammer Report: Turkish Scammer Operating Under Multiple IDs

Overview:

A known Turkish scammer who previously used the ID @hookowner is now operating under the ID @vspnodev (also known as @Elenathread) and is selling the Octo Botnet, a leaked and free botnet. He has merely renamed it to Angel and updated the logo. This person is untrustworthy; avoid any dealings with him, as you risk losing your investment. He will likely create another ID soon and continue his scams.
