Pee Holding Challenge
Follow the instructions and see if you can hold your pee through the whole quiz.
1. How badly do you need to pee? Follow the instructions in parathesis for the options you check, if appropriate.
I just peed. (Sissy. Drink 2 full glasses of water then wait five minutes)
I don`t need to pee. (You have to catch up. Drink 2 glass of water.)
I barely need to pee (Drink one glass and wait five minutes.)

2. Do 20 jumping jacks. Then 15 squats. Then 15 sit ups. Then 30 more jumping jacks. Everytime you take a break, drink another glass of water. How are you now?
It didn`t really affect me, and I didn`t need to take any breaks

5. Okay. So do this HONESTLY. Look at questions 2-4 and redo the one that made you need to pee the MOST!
I redid question 2 and now I REALLY need to pee!

I redid question 4 and it felt so much longer the second time. I swear I`m gonna burst!

7. We`re flipping things around here. If you said option one on the last question, push on your bladder for 30 seconds. Option two, one minute. Option three, one minute and a half... all the way down to 3 excrutiating minutes for option 6.
I gave up, rushed to the bathroom and stayed dry!

9. You have options: 1) pee a little in your pants, then hold if for five minutes and move on. 2) pee a little on the toilet seat, sit there for five minutes with your hands in warm water. 3) drink a glass and wait ten minutes

10. Drink a glass and face your final tasks. Lie on your stomach for five minutes, then put your fist under your bladder and lie there for another 30 seconds. Then lean your bladder HARD against a table corner for a minute.
