On the procedure to fulfill the activities of the Ministry of Finance due to measures taken to transfer employees to remote work

Due to the introduction of a tight regime against coronavirus infection dissemination as well as to ensure health and wellbeing of state employees, key government bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan have taken measures to protect health of the personnel and transfer a number of employees to remote working. In this regard, until the end of adverse sanitary and epidemiological situation, the activities in the Ministry of Finance will be carried out in the following ways:

·     More than 43% of employees of the Ministry of Finance are provided with annual leave, of which more than 3% are women with children of preschool age and 7% are working remotely(online).;

·     Budget organizations, recipients of budget funds as well as individuals and legal entities can send appeals and questions via email addresses ariza@mf.uz, info@mf.uz, murojaat_mf@exat.uz or via telegram bot @murojaat_mf_bot;

·     The helpline number of the ministry operates on an ongoing basis + 99871-203-00-50.

·     HR department will continue the selection of personnel for open vacancies. Interviews will be carried out remotely. The information regarding open vacancies can be found on the Ministry`s website via link https://www.mf.uz/vakansii.html

The above-implemented temporary restrictions have been applied in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Sanitary and Epidemiological Well-Being of the Population” dated August 26, 2015 No-393, resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated March 23, 2020 No-176 “On additional measures against coronavirus infection dissemination” and relevant recommendations by state sanitary supervision bodies.
