On the basis of the master plan, the development project of the “Old Dehkan’s Market” of Gulistan and adjacent territories was adopted

With the support of Uzmilliybank JSC, a master plan was developed for a 43.9 hectare land plot on the territory of the “Old Dehkan’s Market” and Tarakkiyet MFU of Gulistan city.

As part of the master plan, more than 30 service facilities, 20 high-rise residential buildings, about 20 trade and service facilities, a hypermarket and other entertainment facilities are planned to be built in the area.

In addition to a modern appearance, the area includes green spaces, a pedestrian walkway, a park, sports grounds and other social service facilities.

At the same time, a modern business centre will be created on this territory, as well as ample opportunities for mass events, exhibitions and business activities.
