On-Camera Talent / Content Creator — International Education Brand (Remote)

We're a group of B2C / DTC brands operating across several sectors. One of them is a fast-growing international education brand helping thousands of learners speak new languages with confidence — and that's the one this role is for. We're looking for our next on-camera face and content creator: someone who feels like one of the people watching.
The role
You'll be the face and voice of the brand across paid ads, organic content, and campaigns. On camera and behind the ideas: filming yourself, bringing hooks to life, and making people stop scrolling. Relatable, natural, magnetic — never corporate.
Requirements
* Native English speaker or C2 — you sound 100% natural, like a local, not "learned"
* Strong on-camera presence: confident, warm, expressive
* Real drive and attitude — you bring energy and ideas, not just a face
* Comfortable filming yourself (phone quality is fine to start)
* Reliable, responsive, easy to work with
Big plus
* Experience as a brand face / UGC creator / on-camera talent in ads
* Content creation background (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
* Instinct for hooks, trends, and scroll-stopping content
