Jennifer Aydin never thought she’d tell her kids their father, Dr. Bill Aydin, cheated on her 10 years ago — but that changed when “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” Season 12 went into production last summer.
In an exclusive interview with Page Six, the Bravolebrity, 44, reveals the heartbreaking moment the couple’s 9-year-old daughter, Olivia, discovered the plastic surgeon’s affair via TikTok, as cameras started rolling.
“We had a blogger leak this awful storyline and somebody made a TikTok on it,” she recounts.
“My sweet little Olivia — who threw a beautiful anniversary party for us [on ‘RHONJ’ Season 11] to show how her parents are still in love — saw a TikTok that said ‘the big secret.’”
Jennifer says that Olivia proudly defended her mom and dad in the comments section of the post, writing, “This is my mommy and daddy and this is not true!”
It wasn’t long before the Aydins’ youngest child told Jennifer about the valiant effort to protect her parents.
“She came to me to show me her comment and said, ‘Look, Mommy, I’m defending you from all of these lies,’” Jennifer says sadly.
She quickly asked Olivia to delete the comment, as the rumor ultimately checked out: Bill, 43, stepped out on his wife with a pharmaceutical rep while she was pregnant with their fourth child, son Christian, now 10.
“I said, ‘It’s for the show and it’s not good if we release things, so maybe we shouldn’t draw attention.’ I had her take it down that way,” recalls Jennifer, who took a beat before sharing more details with her little girl.
“I sat her down and I kept my composure because I realized [my kids] will react to however Mommy’s acting,” she says. “I put on a brave face and said, ‘Listen, Daddy did a bad thing. But that doesn’t mean that he’s a bad person. And when we love people, we forgive them when they make mistakes. And I’ve forgiven him and I’m OK.’ She wasn’t upset because I wasn’t upset.”
Jennifer and Bill have since discussed the matter with their entire brood — also including son Justin, 17, daughter Gabriella, 14, and son Jacob, 12 — who each processed the news differently.
“My husband told Justin. I was in the room, and Justin kind of was almost irritated, like, ‘I don’t ever want to talk about this ever again.’ He’s not watching this season. My Gabriella, she was more crushed. She felt very betrayed and was angry for a bit but we got through that. And my two [younger] boys, they’re neither here or there,” the mother of five says.
“And Olivia, now that she sees that Mommy’s OK with it, she’ll be like, ‘Mommy, do they know about “the secret,” too?’ And I’ll say, ‘Yeah, but it’s not a secret anymore and we’re OK with talking about it.’ And she’ll say, ‘Oh yeah, that’s right,’” she elaborates. “So remember, children will learn by example. As long as I’m cool and not breaking down, I think they’ll be OK.”
Bill’s tryst came to light after Margaret Josephs brought it up at Teresa Giudice’s pool party that aired on Tuesday night’s premiere episode. How her co-star and noted frenemy found out, Jennifer may never know as she had always planned to keep her sole “skeleton” tucked neatly in the back of her designer closet.
“You do not want Margaret to be your enemy. She is a digger and she could find out things. She’s got a big Rolodex of people in her friend group. I wouldn’t put anything past her. She’s very focused when she wants to find out something about somebody,” says Jennifer, who “never once” mentioned Bill’s affair to her castmates, let alone her loved ones.
“I never told a soul. I didn’t tell my parents, I didn’t tell my cousins, I didn’t tell my sister, I didn’t tell my best friend,” she reflects.
“I put it in the vault and threw away the key. I pretended it never happened. I have never brought it up as a dig. Because when you decide to forgive somebody, you really have to forgive it and never bring it up. Otherwise, your relationship is not going to work.”
Though Jennifer says Bill is “embarrassed” by his past actions and was “uncomfortable” sharing them onscreen, he wants to offer public recompense for the pain he caused his spouse — even a decade later.
“He supported me in the sense of letting me share our story, which I think is very brave of him,” she says. “And I told him if we were able to get through it when it happened 10 years ago, we’ll be able to get through it now.”
Today, Jennifer says she and Bill are in “a great space” and have decided to look at their fifth consecutive season of “New Jersey” together as a form of therapy.
“I didn’t want to be the one to bring it up and ever talk about it because that would be at the expense of my children and it wasn’t worth it for me. But since [Margaret] did bring it up and since I do have to talk about it, I’m going to use it as therapy and find it cathartic and therapeutic,” she tells Page Six.
“Signing up for this show, that’s what I agreed to do — to show the good, the bad and the ugly. It’s not easy.”

Olivia Munn is picking up some jokes from her comedian beau, John Mulaney.
The actress, 41, who welcomed son Malcolm Hiệp Mulaney on Nov. 24, jokingly put the couple’s tyke in a bun steamer while cooking with the “Saturday Night Live” writer, 39.
“Lol, daddy’s new báhn bao recipe,” Munn captioned a pic of her Mini-Me, along with a dancing dumpling emoji.
She added a second snap to her IG story, declaring little Malcolm totally “adora-bao.”
It seems the couple was helping Munn’s mother prepare the traditional Vietnamese dish in time for New Year’s Eve.
“Mom’s practicing her báhn bao for New Year’s dinner and wanted to show it off,” the “Office Christmas Party” star added in another story.
Munn’s holiday posts come just a few days after the couple shared the first photos of their sweet baby boy.
“My Golden Ox baby. Malcolm Hiệp Mulaney. Happy Holidays,” Munn wrote via Instagram on Dec. 23, alongside a pic showing the infant snoozing in a fluffy blanket.
Prior to Malcolm’s arrival, the actress admitted that she and the stand-up comedian, who started dating earlier this year amid his divorce from Anna Marie Tendler, were “scared” to become first-time parents.
“We talk about the same stuff. Which rocker? What type of crib do you put the baby in? What does the baby wear?” she said on the “Today” show in November.
“Honestly, thank God for Instagram and Facebook and blogs because there’s a lot of moms who put out such great information, and that’s been a saving grace for me.”
Mulaney first confirmed he and Munn were expecting a child together during an appearance on “Late Night with Seth Meyers.”
“I got into this relationship that’s been really beautiful with someone incredible,” he said at the time. “And we’re having a baby together. I was nervous when I was about to say the news!”

Разберем на примере зверств российской армии в Киевской области.
В освобожденных от российских войск районах Киевской области нашли тела 410 убитых мирных жителей. Это не окончательная цифра, поиски продолжаются, и каждый день эта цифра растет.
Один из городов, в которых нашли больше всего убитых украинцев — Буча. В городе обнаружили братскую могилу, где похоронили около 300 человек. Теперь сравните выдачу по поисковому запросу «Буча» в Google и в российском Яндексе:
Несколько дней в российском интернете не показывали разбомбленный город, трупы мирных жителей на улицах и другие доказательства военных преступлений российской армии.
Сейчас Яндекс понял, что такое цензурирование слишком заметно, и фото разрушений появились в поиске. Но на первых местах поисковик все еще удобно подкладывает статьи от российских государственных СМИ о том, что все фотографии и видео из Бучи — фейк.
Чтобы россияне не знали правду, Яндекс удалил из поисковой выдачи ссылки на сайты независимых российских СМИ. Из выдачи пропали сайты «Медиазоны», «Медузы», «Холода», «Настоящего времени», «Псковской губернии», «Людей Байкала», The Village, «Тайги.инфо» и других медиа. Их все заблокировали в России за освещение войны.

На карте Украины вы увидите, что Львов, Ивано-Франковск и Луцк — это больше тысячи километров от ЛНР и ДНР. Это другой конец страны.
Это места попадания ракет 25 февраля. За полтора месяца их стало гораздо больше во всей Украине.
Центр Украины тоже пострадал — только первого апреля российские солдаты вышли из Киевской области. Мы не понимаем, как оккупация сел Киевской области и террор местных жителей могли помочь Донбасу.
Это касается каждого жителя Украины каждый день.
Десяти миллионам украинцев пришлось бросить родные города. Снаряды попадают в наши жилые дома.
23 апреля, в Пасхальные выходные, российские солдаты выпустили несколько ракет в жилой массив Одессы. Погибло 8 человек, 18 ранены.
Это был обычный жилой дом в Одессе. За сотни километров от так называемых ЛНР и ДНР.
Среди погибших целые семьи. Одним выстрелом солдаты рф убили бабушку, маму и трехмесячную девочку Киру. Выжил только отец, который незадолго до обстрела вышел в магазин. Когда вернулся — на месте квартиры была дыра, а вся его семья мертва.
В этом же доме погибли Людмила и Богдан, молодая пара. Людмила была беременна.
За два месяца войны российские военные убили 3 818 мирных жителей. Более 4 тысяч человек были ранены. Это только официальные данные, которые передают больницы и морги.
В статистику не входят убитые жители Мариуполя, тела которых остаются под завалами города или сжигаются оккупантами в передвижных крематориях. По предварительным оценкам в Мариуполе солдаты рф убили от 10 000 до 20 000 украинцев.
Российская армия обстреливает пункты гуманитарной помощи и «зеленые коридоры».
Во время эвакуации мирного населения из Ирпеня семья попала под минометные обстрелы — все погибли.
Среди убитых много детей. Под обстрелы уже попадали детские садики и больницы.
Мы вынуждены ночевать на станциях метро, боясь обвалов наших домов. Украинские женщины рожают детей в метро, подвалах и бомбоубежищах, потому что в роддомы тоже стреляют.
Это груднички, которых вместо теплых кроваток приходится размещать в подвалах. С начала войны Украине родилось больше 15 000 детей. Все они еще ни разу в жизни не видели мирного неба.
В нашей компании работают люди из всех частей Украины: больше всего сотрудников из Харькова, есть ребята из Киева, Днепра, Львова, Кропивницкого и других городов. 99% сотрудников до войны разговаривали только на русском языке. Нас никогда и никак не притесняли.
Но теперь именно русскоязычные города, Харьков, Мариуполь, Россия пытается стереть с лица земли.
Это Мариуполь. В подвалах и бомбоубежищах Мариуполя все еще находятся сто тысяч украинцев. К сожалению, мы не знаем, сколько из них сегодня живы
Именно в русскоязычных городах ваши солдаты насилуют и убивают детей. Вот несколько зарегистрированных преступлений за две недели мая в Харьковской области:
Помните об этом, когда путин будет награждать очередную бригаду медалями за «героизм». Исключительно таким «героизмом» российские солдаты занимаются на украинских землях. С такими «героями» вам придется жить в путинской россии.
У каждого украинца сейчас есть брат, коллега, друг или сосед в ЗСУ и территориальной обороне. Мы знаем, что происходит на фронте, из первых уст — от своих родных и близких. Никто не станет стрелять в свой дом и свою семью.
Наш президент — русскоговорящий еврей. На свободных выборах в 2019 году за него проголосовало три четверти населения Украины.
Как у любой власти, у нас есть оппозиция. Но мы не избавляемся от неугодных, убивая их или пришивая им уголовные дела.
У нас нет места диктатуре, и мы показали это всему миру в 2013 году. Мы не боимся говорить вслух, и нам точно не нужна ваша помощь в этом вопросе.
Украинские семьи потеряли полтора миллиона родных, борясь с нацизмом во время Второй мировой. Мы никогда не выберем нацизм, фашизм или национализм как наш путь. И нам не верится, что вы сами можете всерьез так думать.
