There are quite a few ice cream parlours located near the square but in my opinion this is the best. Nice salty chocolate plus coffee and alcohol with a tv screen - what more could you ask for? Oh yes, very courteous staff. Very busy Real Italian icecream in the heart of olhao. Friendly staff and the owner is fabulous. Best ice cream ever and the staff were so lovely. A real pleasure to spend every evening of our week there. Very kids friendly too. We are planning to drive back there next April especially!!!! The ice-cream is wonderful, as you would expect when you see the queques. Had some Gelato here in Sept after our meal out in Olhao. Staff were extremely rude.. Such a pity because the Gelato nut was gorgeous One of the joys of being on holiday is to sit in the sun eating some lovely gelato. This is a place that has a really wide choice and it all tastes really lovely here. This place does very nice ice cream, we especially liked the melon flavour but they did not have much in the way of fruity flavours. They also do crepes and drinks with a few tables providing outdoor seating. Fresh, richly flavored, normal European portions on the generous side. Avacado gelato, a new revelation, added richness to a lightly sweet gelato. Cinnamon is amazing! Coconut had the texture of the fruit. You can taste before committing.
