Landlady Paula Hopwood are locked in a spat with Kayla Jenkins, known online as Okaylaaa, over her messy house
BEAUTY vlogger Okaylaaa has hit back after she was accused of faking her glam lifestyle as she "swanned around on yachts in Marbella" but lived in "filth" at home and allegedly didn't pay her rent.
Kayla Jenkins, 24, known online as Okaylaaa, is caught in a spat with the furious landlords who claim she's made their lives "a living hell".
The property in Prestwich, near Manchester, was allegedly left in such a state that it featured on Channel 5's Bad Tenants Rogue Landlords.
Paula and her husband Paul Hopwood, who rented the house to the YouTuber, claim the property was covered in dog poo and she allegedly left without paying her rent.
They also say they are worried that the star and other tenants may also have unpaid bills stemming from their time in the property.
The distraught landlady has told The Sun Online that Kayla was seemingly living a luxury lifestyle for the cameras - but it was a very different story at home.
Paula told us: "She was on yachts in Marbella, taking pictures of herself swanning around doing sponsorship deals with fancy fashion companies.
"Taking pictures in our house, in front of my mirror, modelling her outfits. And we are sitting at home absolutely helpless not being paid any money.
"She's getting money from all her sponsors and she's not paying her rent...
"She didn't pay anything while she was in the house. Not a penny."
Kayla later accused the Hopwoods of faking the dog poo-covered scene for the show, with her representatives telling the Daily Mail : "[They] staged the dog mess in the container to make her look bad on TV."
However, Paula hit back, telling us: "Neither us are in the habit of collecting dog faeces and planting it in our house.
"You can clearly see what kind of a mess she left the house in - the TV crew were with us from the second we got into the house.
"They saw everything from start to finish."
The distraught landlady went on to reveal the stress of dealing with the case nearly wrecked her marriage.
She added: "She continues to make our lives a complete living hell as she has done for the last eight months...
"We had to spend two months cleaning out the house, replacing everything...
"For her to say she doesn't owes us this £20,000 is unbelievable...
"I'm speaking to a lawyer myself at the minute.. All we can do is fight back the best way we can...
"This was our family home, we brought up kids up there... seeing it in this state is heartbreaking."
However, a representative for Kayla alleges the landlords are seeking revenge after she and other tenants made complaints.
They insist the star is not responsible for any damage and hasn't been held liable for any.

Kayla Jenkins, known online as Okaylaaa, allegedly left the property in Prestwich, near Manchester, in such a state that it featured on Channel 5's Bad Tenants Rogue Landlords
A GLAM beauty vlogger has posted a defiant Instagram message after being accused of leaving her rented flat caked in dog poo.
Kayla Jenkins, known online as Okaylaaa, allegedly left the property in Prestwich, near Manchester, in such a state that it featured on Channel 5's Bad Tenants Rogue Landlords.
Landlords Paul and Paula Hopwood say they found dog faeces in tupperware, animal urine staining the curtains and a mountain of bin bags in the garden.
Paula told the show: "To just walk in and see that it had been completely wrecked was absolutely soul-destroying."
But Kayla hit back with an Instagram 'story' that read: “I’m not perfect by any means. But I’m definitely not a liar and I have no reason to be. Video of what actually happened will be on my YouTube channel at some point.”
But Kayla's management told Mail Online the couple were making false claims and "staged the dog mess in the container to make her look bad on TV."
Her spokesman added that Kayla, who has 600,000 YouTube and 10,000 Instagram followers suffered from depression, and that her work and income had dried up while living there.
The 24-year-old's mum tidied the house after she vacated, they claim.
She rented the home with pal Casey Petchy and numerous pets - despite a rental agreement stating no animals were allowed.
Kayla's management confirmed there was £9,500 in rent outstanding, but said she only owed £4,750 - with the other half owed by Casey.
Paul says she lived there with five dogs, four cats, two budgies, two guinea pigs and three rabbits - while Kayla claims to have only had one puppy.
In the Channel 5 show, the landlords unsuccesfully attempt to get into the property.
Paula said: "It makes my blood boil.
Paul added: "She is in there, she’s making money in our house, using it as a film set for her videos and not paying her rent and there’s nothing we can do."
During filming police turn up and eventually let the pair into their own property.
A cop admits the home smells "pungent", as Paul and Paula survey the damage.
Paula cried: "I am not ok, I am appalled. I feel sick. Not just from the smell."
Kayla Jenkins told Channel 5 producers that Mr Hopwood is a "rogue landlord who is making false claims that she left the property in poor condition".
Her management said she "is embarrassed and sorry that she was unable to pay her rent".
Sun Online has contacted her for further comment.
