Oh, boy, here we go again.
Thank you for your attention on the matter, and Merry freaking Christmas.
Ethical Disclaimer: We do not support or engage in bullying, doxxing, or any unlawful invasion of privacy.
All information presented about "xentaksis" is based on publicly accessible data she has shared online. We use only her publicly stated name/username and publicly posted content. We have no private information and urge all discussion to remain within legal and ethical bounds.
We’re here again to comment on xentaksis’s posts. Luckily for us, today we don't even have to translate anything, since the creator wrote it herself in English. And, it's also good, as this way you can evaluate her words and her unfiltered (by us) thoughts yourself.
Really, we didn't want to touch the topic today – and yet we want to comment on it sooner, since the “false accusations” are spreading by xentaksis.
The following screenshots were posted by xentaksis on google docs, and the link on this was posted on xen’s JAI account.

First of all, we want to point at this one thing again: in contemporary English, the word "n***o" is widely considered an offensive and antiquated term when used to refer to a person. It is generally considered a racial slur, though less severe than the "n-word". – this is literally the first info that google tells you if you ask it on the topic.
What we did NOT point out in the last post: the violence in the personal roleplay (everyone has their kinks).
To add here on this topic, many people commented on xen’s and our posts on JAI – not attacking, but trying to educate her and expressing their disappointment. That didn't help with education though – and even now xentaksis is playing with her words.
What we DID point out: the racial slurs that were used many times by the creator. Reminding you again, that on our first post, the reaction was the following: more trolling slurs on xen’s channel. Screenshot that we provided in our last post:

We repeat:
THE FAMILY CODE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION NO. 223-FZ OF DECEMBER 29, 1995; Article 13. The Marriageable Age
1. The marriageable age shall be established as eighteen years.
Oh, there’s also a Federal Law No. 436-FZ of December 29, 2010 "On the Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and Development".
To add to the topic, people indeed can get married at 16, that is true. But, here are the legal reasons that are required for registering a marriage before the age of 18:
- pregnancy;
- birth of a child;
- difficult life situation of the future spouse;
- threat to the life of the groom or bride;
- conscription for military service;
- de facto cohabitation.
Also, if a child has a legal guardian, the guardian of a child themselves must write an agreement to allow the kid to get married under the age of 18.
So, it’s not a common practice or tradition for an average Russian couple to get married at 16 (while still in school). In some regions of our country and among people of different confessions and traditional backgrounds – yeap. Legally and everywhere – nope.
Also, in Russia, it is still not legal to watch p*rn until you’re 18 years old. It is not legal to spread p*rn0graphy. 2+2=4. P*rn shown to m1nors=bad.
P*rn0graphy is explicit written text, pictures, audio files and videos that show sexual activity in a way that is designed to turn you on (get you sexually aroused).
The information about bots on JAI usually consists of: character’s sexuality, kinks/preferences, sexual behavior and the description of char’s privates/genitals. This is the first thing – that content that xentaksis creates and is promoting on many platforms is considered as 18+ – and that is exactly why JAI is now not available in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland (thanks to the UK's online safety act).
The creator posting pictures for her followers in the chat – is considered as “spreading” the information.
Xentaksis may have been just 13 when she saved images to her gallery, yes. But the chat itself did not exist back then – so xen shared the picture in her adult age, to the people in the chat that was considered as 16+ space. Which, again, was not ethical nor legal.
Also, about that saved images – they were blurred out for a reason. But, clearly, the Naz1 salute was blurred too – but clearly recognisable still.

Sigh. Telegram server?
First of all, we know not many foreigners even use Telegram or know how it works. We might start with explaining the important parts.

This information is from the official FAQ on https://telegram.org/
You can also try to find the information about the ticket system there, like there is one on discord servers. Spoiler – there’s no ticket system on telegram.
Like we said before, xentaxis’s chat was open and public – just tap on the link and you’re there. With no ticket system – no one was confirming their ages, and nobody asked for ID information to enter/stay in the chat. Therefore, we only know about only one m1nor in the chat, and previously provided the screenshots where the moderator of the chat and everyone there decided to let the person stay in there – but that is the only person who openly stated that they’re 15. We have no personal information of any users – just the things that were discussed openly in that chat.

This screenshot is from our previous post as well. “Enter chat (16+)” is the link, visible and clickable for everyone, since the TG channel is not a private one. So, everyone could join the chat and just not expose their age.

We already commented on this as well in our last post:
True. But Lira had no idea that the girl was 15yo – only xentaksis’s chat did. And while xentaksis’s mod decided to let the person stay in their chat – Lira kicked that one girl the same day we posted the information about this situation.
Our post has not been redacted or deleted and you can read the same information there. So, no – we did not fail to mention that part. Although the moderation on the platform (TG) is not perfect, some creators choose to listen and fix their mistakes, and some are looking for excuses and are trying to shift the blame.

Although with good intentions, xentaksis created an open space where she posted sexual content to, well, everyone. But then xen posted not only one picture – many words discussing sex scenes from the role play, using explicit descriptions as well. And, again – no verification was required before entering.
As for this part… Xentaksis’s new bot, a goodbye one.
First of all – if everything that happened is true, then it is indeed very sad. No one should be bullied or doxed, never – that is our opinion. Once again, none of the information we shared was private and the profile pictures of the users were blurred for their own privacy. And, furthermore, we just want to point out some inconsistencies as we did before, but only for y/n to make your own opinion on the matter.
But the next part is, yet again, a bitter note of this whole conflict.
As for our information, the other side of the conflict (you all know who) – is starting a private investigation on the matter of who was actually behind the leaking of the “fake” infopost. You all probably saw that, the name itself states “(name) is trying to blackmail Xentaksis”. How do we know that? The unnamed creator posted this information on their own Telegram channel. They also contacted the third side, a creator who is a friend of xentaksis and who was trying to find the truth as well.
xentaksis posted the “fake” news on her TG-channel, not knowing yet that it was fake. She deleted the chat days ago, and deleted the posts with “false accusations” on other creators as well, not long after realising/deciding that the information there wasn’t the truth. Good and smart move – to delete the fake spreading and apologise for acting on emotions. That indeed was a mature thing to do, no irony here.
And yet, what was not smart – is sharing the same (allegedly) “fake” post, that will soon be investigated legally, on her own platform where she has 15k followers, claiming that:
“They deliberately mistranslated phrases into English, misleading people who don't know Russian. They also created a group chat where they began planning how to get me to delete my account.”

We are all gathered here today, on the platform that allows us to chat with AI characters.
Unfortunately, everything can be fabricated nowadays, especially with AI capabilities developing rapidly. When you’re one of the creators who actually knows how to use AI to write bots so well, generate the profile pictures for them and even add “{{char}}+NPC” type of fake DMs at your bot’s descriptions. It’s just… Childish at this point, to be honest, to throw accusations of something that will be legally investigated further on. Because if it will be proved by law that the screenshots are fake, then xentaksis is also spreading the false news on her platform for 15k of her followers to see. Allegedly, of course – only the court will find the truth in this. And we are not the law by any means.
And the same “exposé” spreader’s message was pinned on xentaksis’s latest bot that is now hidden, meaning the allegedly “false” information spread even further while the bot was visible.

It’s just interesting how xen deleted everything for her Russian auditory and continues to do such things to the foreign followers.
We already stated our reasonings for the posts we made and the reasons for our public investigation previously. They had not changed.
From what we posted, we simply wanted people who can’t speak Russian or use telegram to understand what's happening and why the whole Russian JAI community can’t agree with xentaksis’s views of the world and don’t want to be represented in the community by the people like her, meaning:
● trying to justify the reasoning behind using a racial slur by explaining the Russian language structure – yes, xen. You are Russian. But it doesn’t mean that not listening to people who directly say to you that they feel offended by your words is okay. It’s not okay to state that “I used a Russian word not a slur” – because the meaning behind ALL these words is the same upsetting past for the POC.
● still trying to justify the reasons behind letting a m1nor stay in your chat as well. To the girl – sorry, you just tried to hang out with the people you like – and did nothing wrong by trying to blend in. To the mod and others who let the girl stay – why are you calling a “channel” a “server” and talking about "verification”? Even though xentaksis deleted the chat – her followers know that there was no “verification process”. Telegram just doesn’t work like this.
● xentaksis lied to the community on her Telegram channel about shadow-bans and working on “ban list” with some other foreign creator. The lies started from 18th of December and continued for the following 5 days. The truth came out on December 23d, when xen admitted publicly about the lie and AI generated mod’s response. The weird part – is that xentaksis only said the vague “sorry, I was wrong” – only on the 25th of December. So… Did she think that her reasoning was enough to spread lies publicly for days? Interesting. (But make your own conclusions, please.)
● we’re not closing our eyes on other things. But yet again, the legal process is about to start soon, as far as we know. We won’t even try to spread personal or fake information.
We’ll keep watching. And despite you, xentaksis, being wrong on very important topics (legally and ethically) – we still wish you well with the doxing situation. Hope you’re doing fine, staying safe and will grow as a person in the future.
