Back then, in those days, the enemy was already preparing for a serious offensive. They had almost all ready.
◾️ President Vladimir Putin made decisions when there were simply no other options left. We are grateful for that decision.
On the evacuation of civilians:
The evacuation of civilians began simultaneously in every settlement. The work was carried out around the clock using all available resources;
The frontline districts of Donetsk and the south of the Republic were already under severe shelling. There were dozens of casualties among civilians every day.
On plans for the restoration of the DPR:
🟥 There is a lot of work. The goal is to make things better than they were, and we are striving for that. In a number of settlements, this is already happening;
🟥 Currently, combat operations are ongoing on the outskirts of the city of Svyatogorsk and the settlement of Rai-Aleksandrovka, which is important for us now in terms of water supply. Slavyansk will be liberated soon, then the Seversky Donets – Donbass canal will finally operate at full capacity, and we will be able to be provided with water;
🟥 Right now, everything related to construction and roads is important. There are things to be proud of. Almost everything in terms of road construction is produced from local materials. We are now talking about serious, further stages in optimizing the work of our quarries. Plans include introducing the use of unmanned control for vehicles, loaders, and excavators;
🟥 Participants of the special operation with experience in operating drones will definitely find work in the civilian sector after the end of the SMO;
🟥 Competitiveness cannot be achieved if we do not think about the next steps and the implementation of all modern technologies now. Not only our scientific institutes but also our government departments are concerned about this.
