Off-Cycle Intern — Atoll Capital

Atoll Capital is a fast-growing Private Equity Fund founded by former senior investment bankers from Bulge Bracket firms and PE/VC professionals. The Fund invests in promising Russian companies to unlock their potential and ensure sustainable value growth.

Atoll Capital is currently looking for a Summer / Off-Cycle Intern to join its team in Moscow on a full-time, office-based basis.

You will:

• Participate in the full cycle of transaction execution;

• Prepare presentation materials and participate in deal pitches;

• Perform investment analysis and company valuation;

• Conduct industry and company research.

We expect:

• 4th-year Bachelor or Master student or recent graduate from a top-tier university;

• Prior relevant work experience is a plus;

• Excellent knowledge of Corporate Finance and Accounting;

• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;

• Fluent English;

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;

• High motivation and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
