Odoo Developer

We're looking for an Odoo Developer to join our business transformation team. No sandbox tasks — you'll write code that goes straight to production and runs the warehouse, manufacturing, sales and finance of a real company. You'll work closely with functional consultants and business analysts, turning real business requirements into working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Odoo modules in Python (v18/v19)
• Implement business logic, workflows and automations
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Must-have

• Strong Python (OOP, SOLID)
• Legacy code & WebSocket experience
• OWL & frontend customization
• PostgreSQL & SQL optimization
• REST / XML-RPC, JSON, XML
• Git & team development practices

Nice to have

• Odoo 18/19 & version migrations
• Odoo architecture (ORM, XML views, QWeb)
• Docker, CI/CD
• Scrum / Agile
