Reading Frank Billé book "On the Edge". The Amour River is called the Black Dragon River (Heilongjiang | 黑龙江 ), in China (p.39). Successful legal business probably had to get involved in some grey area activity (p.101).

2.12 p.m. - Free Time fast food, Lenina boulevard

I'm on Avito, a Russian second hand selling app. I'm looking for a bike. I create an account. I use my usual password, but the app refuses to accept it: It detected that it's on known leaked password list. Oops.
I need a bike to go further than Blagovechtchensk. Buses stay in city center. I want to go to see the peripherical towns and the bridge. Too far by foot. Prices start around 4,000 rubles.
Some cars have the steering wheel on the left.

I aks questions at the desk, using my bad Russian and mostly Yandex translate. A relatively young man in a suit gets out of a room and helps me. He even gives me Wifi codes. After I sit in the lobby.
There is a locker room service. Looks like it is a usual thing to have this service in establishments open to the public.
No card needed to get in the lobby, sit, and read. Needed to access the books.
It looks like there is a Chinese course promoted.

What is "mafia" and "corruption", if it is just the way things work? Is it "just how it goes", and should we go along with it? Is it just the way people work, and do business? Thinking about Deborah Puccio-Den seminars addressing the topic.
Why is there no motorbikes here? Maybe the weather is too cold?
While looking for a bike, I was thinking about the Bike Anthropology Seminar of Eric Wittersheim. I did not assist, but while I think about all the characteristics of the bike I want here, I understand that the type of bike I ride in Paris isn't adapted here (differenty types of roads, different stocking locations, where to ride, styles...). Around bikes, a lot could be said about the social environment it's in.
Are the Russo-Chinese events mostly about "marketing communication"? What work is actually done in collaboration?
In the future I should integrate a Chinese language course, in Blago.
I still do not know where I should live. In an apartment, I'll be alone. Here, I can easily make contact with new people every day, at "home". There is a comfort difference, but not much of a financial one. I should avoid too much comfort.
