OT Security Controls Analyst – Long-term Contract – 100% Remote
On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for an OT Security Controls Analyst to join a global project. This role is to start ASAP and will be 100% remote
Specific skills/experience required:
* 3+ years of experience in IT/OT security project management
* Strong understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and NIST OT Guidelines
* Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443
* Experience defining, developing, and implementing OT security controls
* Proven experience designing and building OT security metrics and dashboards
* Strong Power BI skills, including data extraction, reporting, and visualization
* Knowledge of network security, remote access, Active Directory, and EDR management tools
* Experience with risk analysis and evaluation
* Strong project and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent English (technical and executive level) is a must
* French is a strong advantage but not mandatory
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Project responsibilities:
* Define, develop, and implement OT security controls
* Build OT security dashboards presenting security posture metrics
* Report OT security metrics to organizational stakeholders
* Co-develop OT security posture improvement and remediation plans with factory teams
* Coordinate the implementation of OT security posture improvements and remediation activities
