- Updated oos addons :

• No need to reboot (updated in realtime!)

• Changed ml unlocking method

• Other addons changes (check notes.txt)

- Updated vendor base to eea 12.5.12

- Updated rils to OP8T F.15 Rils

- Locked system.. (will only boot on alioth, munch, apollo.. try to kang n see what happens..)

- Playstore Certified & Safetynet passed by default (root users just turn on zygisk and denylist gms)
