Nyo DefshopProducts may be returned to us. Customers have seven days from the time they receive the product to request a return. Within 15 days of delivery, purchases can be exchanged or returned (save for sale items). Items must be brand new, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all of the original labels; make sure that everything inside the package is secure! If not, no refund will be given, and the buyer is responsible for all fees.
Customers should not be assessed restocking fees when returning goods. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the purchaser. Items that don't fit these requirements won't be taken back.
