It's a pretty good bag, it's durable, and
it looks good. Nothing has broken AT ALL, just has gotten a little muddy over
these past months! Very attractive with
plenty of pockets (5) and a space for a bottle. The front pocket has
compartments for pens, cell phone, etc. A little heavier than my last Jansport
backpack because of all the padding, but not too bad. I have it is "Forest
Service", which is actually more green than shown in the picture on this
site. Bought this backpack for my
husband to carry on our trip to Europe last summer with our young kids. We have
it in black. We bought it for safety assurance from possible pickpocketers and
bag snatchers.

 Very
nice looking black briefcase, nice compartments, feels so very safe (felt like
we were walking around carrying a mini bank vault!), but naturally, heavier
than a typical day pack due to all the reinforcement within the straps and the
internal steel wire lined bag. Husband liked it. I bought the khaki work
briefcase for me to carry. Love it, too!Tons of organization. This is a GREAT bag!!It is easy to organize
items, and it is wonderfully functional. I love that it can be carried as a
backpack. SO happy that I purchased it! 
Made of durable material and very good zippers. The straps are nicely
padded. The first compartment is good for my portable computer. The good
padding for the back is enough to carry it without feeling the hard computer
case. All the extra compartments are useful to carry all sorts of items. One of
the small elastic bands on the shoulder straps got loose, apparently the seam
was poorly done. This however does not take away any of the great features of
this bag.

The color combinations (and surprising orange
interior) make it unlikely that someone else will pick up your pack by
accident. I really like his ballistic
nylon briefcase. It has a lot of room, yet with the side straps it can be
condensed when a smaller bag is needed. I would recommend to friends and family
if they want a simple travel solution. 
Excellent carry on bag that can be carried on back when you are pulling
any bags to be checked. Quality is outstanding. 
Great item. The fabric doesn't seem as thick or durable as other type of
bags, but hoping it holds up. Great for organization with so many pockets. 

Picked this up at a great price for an
upcoming trip. I love things to be organized and this multi pocket business
case is exactly what I needed. Plenty of pockets and room for my huge laptop.
Can be carried by the top handle or the by the shoulder strap and also as a
backpack when the straps are pulled out of the hidden pockets. Love, love, love
this bag. This bag was purchased for my
son, he is starting H. S. This September. I wanted a bag he could carry books gym
clothes extras in. He said he wanted a bag with some sort of design on it,
support for his shoulders and multi-pocket organizer key fob. I was interested
in its durability to last until the end of the school year. I chose this bag
due to possibility of him having a laptop learning class. In addition I felt I
could not go wrong in purchasing a High Sierra backpack. I have bought this
name brand since my son was attending elementary. I also purchase High Sierra
bags for my nephew and niece. Sometimes I have given them as gifts to other
family members.

 I am
a satisfied customer. Got this for my
daughter. She loves it. She can fit everything she needs in it and it still
fits into her locker. I travel every
week for work and this ballistic nylon computer bag has worked out wonderfully
for my frequent airport trips and for toting the large amount of stuff I haul
around for my job. The easy to access laptop compartment makes security at the
airport a breeze and there is plenty of space for all the gadgets and paperwork
I carry with me constantly. I even have room to stuff a fleece jacket into the
main compartment and it still fits under the seat in front of me on the
airplane. It does look quite large when full but is still comfortable to carry.


This mini bag is really amazing. It holds
everything I need to take my 8 year old to the park. ( Excellent product. Very
good material and finishing. Awesome bag
for the price. Bought two of these for
our kids. Whenever we travel, they were always wanted to use our, and now they
have their own. Ordering was easy on ecanvasbags and the shipment actually
arrived earlier than promised. I think
this is a great bag for weekends or short trips. It easily holds a few days'
worth of clothes, plus the pockets on the front make other things easily
accessible. I used this bag as a carry-on for a trip to Europe with a long
layover, and it was great to have enough room to carry everything I wanted with
me. I also enjoy the fact that it has so many ways to carry it - handles on the
top and side, a shoulder strap, and backpack-style straps that are really
comfortable. I think the only downside is that it truly is only big enough to
hold a weekend's worth of clothes. Anything longer than a couple of days and I
need to switch to a bigger bag. I bought
this for traveling and I really love the Ladies cute notebook rucksack, it
looks great. I wish it were just a little bigger. 

I like the bag. Instead of suitcase style
opening, if the bag had complete back pack style opening, it could have served
as 100 suitcase as well as 100 back pack I bought this for my son in 3rd grade.
He loves it. So far it's still in great condition and I'm hoping it'll last for
a couple of years. I love this bag, but
was disappointed that the zipper pull tabs are now flat nylon tabs that are
boring grey. I called Jansport inquiring about the blue cords instead, and they
informed me that the flat tabs are now standard. Otherwise, a perfect bag to
roll and pack into my carry-on luggage (I always fly carry-on only) to use when
sightseeing, & a great everyday work bag that isn't hindered with overly
technical climbing straps that are useless off a mountain. It's both small
enough to be comfortable on my back, big enough (to fit books, ipod,
sweatshirt, wallet, keys, cell phone), and with one simple pocket, organized
enough to keep everything within easy grasp. 
I think it is a compact way to commute supplies. We were in Europe this pass summer and on a
couple of occations have to carry the backpack briefcases all day. We found
these bags to be very comvortable and well designed.

 If I
have to find a flaw on these bags, the plastic hooks for the belt were
sometimes a bit hard to hook on but since the belt are seldom removed once it
is hooked on to the bags, it really is not a problem at all. The zippers work
flawless and appears to be pretty strong. Overall, I am satisfied with the
bags, and feel it is a good buy. This
backpack camera bag is so light weight I love it. It holds a lot. It is easy to
carry. It will be great for travel. I think in will work really well for me
because it does not have a million compartments like some bags. I won't have to
remember in which pocket I put an item. Simple works. It is well made and a
nice color.

I returned it for a Jumbo and am very happy
with the purchase. It's well suited for carrying your electronic gear (phone,
mp3 player, some journals) well built and is comfortable to carry. I looked for a long time for a small back
pack type bag. I was surprised to find it and so reasonably priced. I would
order through E-canvasbags anytime. 
You'd better give more details of the product, for example, the interior
color. It has a huge laptop compartment
just nice for my t61. It is a versatile sports bags women. The side straps can
be tightened in order to compress the bag if there are little items. Yet, when
the side straps are loosened, the bag can be expanded to contain many things. There
are also many compartments in the interior which helps in organization. Great price. Lots of compartments. Cute
design! I ended up using this as a
makeshift diaper bag for my almost 3 year old son. He wanted one he could carry
and was too old for the typical diaper bag. It is just his size and he feels
important because he has one like his older brothers. Lots of compartments. Love the beverage
holder on the side, as well as the ability to switch sides for the sling. One
thing I would add is a clip for the strap, as it tends to flop about everywhere
if you tighten the shoulder strap. This
is the second coffee womens shoulder bag we've bought... Good value for a good
product. 

 For
a rolling backpack that is lightweight & compact, it holds quite a bit and
the pockets expand well. The variety of interior pockets makes for good
organization and ability to quickly reach small essentials like contact lens
case or cellphone. Perfect for week-end trips or as a carry-on for longer
trips. Very cute and comfortable
backpack for my jr. High daughter who carries a lot of books and a large
binder. I read as much feedback as I
could before going with this bag. The major stickler that seemed to be common
were the plastic rings. Well, I packed my bag along with an 18. 5in laptop and
i felt confident in the product. I am
extremely pleased with this purchase. Excellent quality, durability &
design. I am sure I will be using this for many years to come. This backpack is great. Has lots of room and
wheels quite easily. Has a long handle
and easy to manage through airports. 
It's a little heavy/bulky, but my son carries it to school every day and
loves it. Great value for the money. My
son uses it for middle school and is very happy with it. It's the perfect size and is comfortable for
vacation travel. It is just the right
size with enough, but not too many, slots and sections. The pocket on the strap
is especially handy for one-hand access to ID and boarding passes while negotiating
airport security. Great sports bags
cheap - well made, plenty of pockets for organization and storage. Would
definitely recommend. I use this
backpack for commuting to med school everyday. I carry in it a laptop (14
inch), 2-3 textbooks, wallet, lunch, keys, etc etc. There are lots of compartments
if you like to separate your books from laptop from wallet from lunch, and it's
very well-padded. I think the organizational divisions are top-notch.

 The
only qualms i can see others having are: the side "pockets" for
carrying water-bottles don't fit larger bottles (such as nalgene) very well;
empty, it is a little heavier than most backpacks (probably due to the awesome
padding), however i find that the weight distribution is great when wearing the
backpack as intended. Great for times
when you want a light backpack and don't need to carry much. It is great and roomy. I had the LL Bean
backpack with had outside rubber lining at the bottom to preven wear and tear
from backpack hitting the stairs. I don't see that here. I hope it can take the
beating equally well. I really like the
fabric and size of this item. Kipling has a tremendous line. My daughter uses for school. Holding up well
so far. This was purchased for my
daughter to attend school. Jansport backpacks are excellent. Very functional. Easy to use... Great for a
long weekend.

So far this is a solid backpack, it's a
little bulky, but otherwise fine. I
bought this for my 8 year old son. It gets lots of use and abuse and so far is
holding up and looking good. This black
nylon backpack cheap makes it a lot easier to bring my laptop with me wherever
I go. Daughter selected this item for
school. She carries it everyday. MY
DAUGHTER USES THIS FOR SCHOOL, AND IS VERY PLEASED WITH THE DURABILITY. It's roomy and durable. I really like the bag
and the color selection offered. I bought two and am pleased with them
both. What a fantastic backpack!I was
hemming and hawing over which Northface pack to purchase, but it came down to
three things: size, value, and adaptability. Borealis does all three with style
to spare. Lots of other backpacks that offer similar organizational
capabilities feel bulky and unwieldy, but Borealis manages to keep everything
in check without losing that compact feel. And it feels great -- like most (probably
ALL) Northface products, it was designed first for comfortability.

 You
will enjoy wearing this thing. This was
exactly what I was looking for. The main compartment is big enough to hold my
large, fat wallet, keys and small snack. The front narrow velcro pocket is
great for my iphone. I love it!Use it everyday! 
This is a very good bag, gets rough use by my 12-year-old going to
school every day, walking about a mile. Because there are times that he thinks
it is uncool to have a rolling bag, the shoulder straps help. Generally the bag
has performed very well over the past 4-5 months that he's used it, and still
looks good.

 I
have some minor durability concerns (that don't add up to being unhappy with
the bag):1) The screw on the handle keeps coming loose and needs to be
tightened2) The fabric down near the bottom of the travel messenger bags is
starting to show worn spots. This is probably a combination of rough use by my
son, and the fabric of the bag is a little thinner than some others i've seen. Great product, wheels and nice long handle
extension. I like it a lot. I just
wished i would've bought something with more patterns and colors. I think that the travel messenger bags for
women is great and very versatile. I liked it so much I bought a second one as
a gift.

Great bag works perfectly for our need. We
are using them as our emergency preparedness go bag. We have extra cloths food
water and everything else that is recommended by the state of CA to last for a
week. Great backpack. Room for lots of
stuff but a place for everything so it all doesn't get mixed together. This is a great Camping sports travel holiday
backpack bag for the college student. I
love my rolling backpack!The wheels enable smooth rolling, this is not a cheap
$20 backpack. I especially like the padding and protection that this bag has
around the computer compartment. It's
great when you have to hold childrens hands while taking walks... Or holding
other bags...  

The roomy laptop compartment accomodates my
widescreen laptop while many other computer backpacks cannot. The organization
is great, and the side waterbottle pocket is convenient. Perfect backpack for carrying a laptop and
some files/papers. Straps are very comfortable and great padding at the back
too. I highly recommend it. It's great
and I love it, the only down fall is that it's not machine washable. This is an excellent quality item. This was
also the lowest price I found for this item. We love the quality of
jansport!Will purchase all my kids backpacks from your web site from now
on! Love the bag. Exactly what I needed,

This is the second one that I have owned.

I traveled with the first many years and it
had minor wear. I am pleased that you did not change the design since that is
the reason why I purchased the same one again. 
So far so good. Haven't really started using it yet. This bag is very well organized and designed
to minimize back stress. A good alternative to a backpack for daytripping or
touring. I purchased this backpack for
use as a womens nylon laptop tote and it's wonderful. It has very large pockets
for storage and we love how durable it is. Easy to carry for kids and adults
with the padded straps. We plan on purchasing 2 more for the kids school
gear. This is a nice school bag for
young kids. My daughter,6 year-old likes it. Her classmates and teacher all
like it when the first time they saw it. 
This is a great backpack for school. It has alot of room and very
durable. I like the Jansport brand because they are sturdy.

Very functional, durable backpack. Lots of
pockets for organizing your various stuff. You'd be surprised how much you can
fit in this waterproof laptop backpack. A little larger than expected. I love this bag. I was looking for something
that was on the smaller side but with lots of organization to use as a diaper
bag for shorter outings. My main diaper bag is rather large which is good when
you need "everything" but this is great for trips to the mall or to a
friends house because I can not only put the basics for my two kids (baby and 2
1/2) but I can also fit my basics (cell phone, wallet). I purchased the
waterproof hiking packs which is a great complement to this waterproof fanny
pack because I use it everyday and just drop it in this waterproof hip pack
when I'm out with the kids. The other great feature for this bag is that it
comes in black so I can get my husband to carry this without a hassle. The metal calpak tag on the front fell off
the first day. Its to heavy and was not attached well. Side pocket needs to be
taller for water bottles.

They fall out of the pocket. Minus the squeeking noise it makes when the
laptop is in its proper place this bag is great. Comfortable and very
functional. I am really pleased with
this backpack. I previously had to return the red nylon crossbody bag because
it ended up being too big, but this bag is just the right size for me (I'm
5'3"). It holds numerous textbooks with room to spare. I got the blue
corduroy and it's a really pretty royal blue color and feels very nice to the
touch. I absolutely love this bag. It's
great to be able to carry my laptop and it's components with paperwork and my
lunch for the day. You can't beat how it's organized. It's a great portable bag
and i've been recommending it to everyone I know!:) My daughter is using the
backpack for school. She lovesthe color and the size of it. Up-to-date TSA compliance; durable and
versatile. I actually purchased this for
my son, a college freshman. It looks as good today as the first day he used it
and he is not gentle with his book bags.
