This happened a few months back. I was at a friends party (unfortunately we dont get on anymore) and me, him and his girlfriend were the first people there. I thought that's all I would get, but conveniently he had to go into town to get party food, so it was just me and her. We were talking for a bit, and at one point she was on her knees facing away from me, I think she was texting someone. But she left her feet exposed! Now that I knew it was 'acceptable' I had no qualms about rushing down there and tickling both of her feet, so that's what I did! I tickled them for quite a while but she got away, leading to a game where I would chase her and tickle here feet D I hoped it could have lasted longer but then the first guest arrived, one of our friends, and I thought it would be a bit weird to continue in front of him. However, later on she was about to take a shot of whiskey but I tickled her feet and she spilled it XD however this got me a weird look from my friend so that's when I unfortunately had to call it a day.

But yeah, it was a memorable day to say the least
