Quentin has over 30 years’ experience in the chemical industry in both France and Brazil, most recently with Rhodia, part of Solvay Group. Having held positions in marketing and market intelligence processing and tools, he has extensive project management, chemical process management and R&D experience. A Chemical Engineer graduation from UNICAMP (Campinas State University), Quentin holds an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral in Brazil.
Dr. Crystal Chiang is a native of Taiwan and graduated with a BS in chemistry from Soochow University in Taipei. And she went on to receive a Ph.D. in chemistry from University of Massachusetts, Lowell in United States. After graduation, Crystal worked for BASF Taiwan for her first job in petrochemical industry in 1998, and then moved to only caprolactam producer in Taiwan, CPDC (China Petrochemical Development Corporation) for 7 years. In 2007, Crystal joined CMAI focusing on nylon intermediates, polymers and related businesses in Singapore. She joined PCI continuing her professional life in the nylon industry in 2010

Senior Research Analyst Asia Pacific Chemicals
Darryl joined Wood Mackenzie’s Chemical Research team in 2012 as an analyst, with specialization in aromatics (benzene, xylene, toluene). He is developing new chemical research products and analytics that integrate closely with existing Wood Mackenzie research. Prior to joining, he spent 7 years in ExxonMobil, with experience in both a manufacturing and a business environment in Singapore. He started his career as a process engineer within ExxonMobil Chemicals, spending time in both the chemicals pant and the refinery. Subsequently he undertook roles as a start-up engineer and logistics planner in ExxonMobil’s Intermediates business. He then progressed to site optimisation and coordination, covering aromatics, olefins, chemical intermediates, naphtha and crude oil. Darryl’s last role prior to joining Wood Mackenzie was as the Aromatics Regional Business Planner for Asia Pacific.

Catherine joined the Downstream Research team of Wood Mackenzie as a Chemicals Analyst in March 2013. Lei joined Wood Mackenzie’s Chemicals team in August 2018 as a Business Consultant. He is currently taking care of the PBT research in Asia region, including market study, pricing analysis, supply/demand analysis and other studies related to PBT and its intermediates. Prior to Wood Mackenzie, Lei was 6 years with Bayer firstly as a Senior Process Engineer and later Operational Excellence Consultant. He has experience in process design & optimization in both polymer industry and fine chemicals industry. He is also experienced in Lean Six Sigma methodology and have led projects in various fields such as production, logistics, and corporate functions. Lei graduated from Tsing University with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, and then got his PhD degree also in Chemical Engineering from National University of Singapore.
