I am using this on my Aquaclear 20 hob filter. It was too long imo. So i just cut it short. Don't have too many complaints. Obviously you can use other cheap stuff, but i just went with the easy route.

A bit too large for my use, but works

I do like these bags, and they're a size that make them useful for different types of filter material in various types of filters (10 gallon hang on and AquaClear 50 gallon, plus they're great for covering intake on fry tanks. My only complaint is that the small ones cost so much in comparison to larger ones. But they're what I needed, and the bigger ones just took up too much space for what I needed to do. I didn't have much luck with pantyhose as the dye ran and may have started a die-off (no other explanation seemed reasonable--huge water changes did nothing, everything else was the same, and the fish that went into the other quarantine tank survived). So yes, this is what I needed, and it works great. I've been asked by a couple of people about the dimensions and which filters these bags work with. The bags measure 6" x 3", and I've used them with the filter media frames in the Whisper 10, Topfin 10, Tetra 3i, and Marina s10. The bag is loose for a Tetra 3i, but I just twist up the extra fabric. They should work with the Tetra 10i--I just haven't had one of those filters to experiment with. They don't work with the Aqueon 10 as it has a very different shape and a slot in the bottom.
These are cheap, and they work decently with purigen. I gave them 4 stars because I don't like the way they close. The cloursure system is almost like a cheap garbage bag. They do not cinch tight.
Glad I got these. I recently purchased Purigen after hearing so much about it, but didn't want to purchase Seachem "The BAG" because it's priced just for one. These Aqua Clear bags work fine in containing the super fine .3mm Purigen beads. Upon initial use some of the Purigen got into my tank when I turned the filter on. A minimal amount though and my fish ignored it and eventually the beads disappeared. After a day everything settled and the bag held the perigean just fine and my water is blinging. I will definitely keep a steady supply of these bags to use with Purigen. 👍🏾
Love the aqua clear line. I use these media bags in all my ACs. In my Mbuna tanks I use these for filter floss. Along with bio media of course. My complaint is the size 20 is actually to big. The ones I use on my 50s are perfect. But the 20 is just a tad to big. And they are definitely over priced lol. All in all I would say I love them for my size 50 aqua clears. For my 20 not so much

Great size for nano aquariums! These bags are made of fine soft mesh and can hold filter media such as Seachem Matrix or carbon very well. I also successfully used them to hold Purigen. Most the granules stay inside, only the smallest ones can escape. In my experience, it is not different from a bag coming with
Seachem Purigen 100ml
.
The bags themselves are great, but I would not use them for anything smaller than bio-media, as the holes aren't very fine and will not catch smaller particulates. I am using it to hold Seachem Matrix and it works very well in the Aquaclear 20 filter it was designed for. Love the 2 pack as I can now keep back-up bio-media in case I need to quickly cycle new tanks! If you need a bag for smaller media such as fine carbon or some of seachems chemical filtration media like Purigen or denitrate I would get "the bag" from Seachem.
I purchased these to hold peat so that I can place it in my canister filter. They're great, although I would definitely recommend adding a feature so that the bags can be closed and secure. They came with a string that you sort of have to tie around the end to seal it and its not a proper seal. If you have very fine media, I would recommend looking at another bag. They were great for the peat!

I hate to even be this guy cause I love Dulyteks products. I’ve bought several presses that I loved from these guys. But these bags are not as strong as others on the market. I won’t say which. I’ve had blowouts on every press. Unless these are not rated for a 5 ton press then that’s my mistake.

Bags came quickly as usual. However since purchasing a dulytech press i have been struggling with there bags. I would say quality has gone substantially down in the last year. I press bottle tech style which entails turning the bag inside out and pressing the height of the bag down. I pre puck 5-7 gm bags and use my thumb to press material down into the bag and corners b4 using the press. I have either gotten alot stronger or the bags are getting weaker. I have torn holes in bags and pulled stitching apart with my thumb while pre pucking by hand. Sorry guys, I love my D
