Nice place to work, good leadership, team work is great. I enjoyed working at tampa memorial center. Staffs care much about the patient, and patient safety is our goal at all time.

Small, cozy, you are familiar with everyone, no residents, all attending MD's. Good retention of staff. People stay for decades at this hospital which is a good sign.
Doctors are amazing, beautiful remodel.

Working on the BHU there was no clear direction, lack of training and terrible team work. First day on the job the nurses would speak poorly about their coworkers/management team to me behind their backs. No direction with orientation on objectives to meet or tasks to learn. It was trial by fire. Very unsafe work environment. Avoid at all costs.

Nice Comunnity Hospital. I enjoyed my time with Memorial. Every day was a new learning experience. Staff was great to work with. I would recommond working here except for the pay.

Management is incompetent. Doctors are mean, with the exception of about two. Culture is horrible. Supplies are not available, and equipment is old and broken. The care given is substandard. The name of the game is money. Small community hospital run by small-minded people.

Be very aware of backstabbing and belittling. This is from the top. Workerbees are great - but treated terribly by every level of management. Including the very top who says she is for the employees, but she is not.

The hospital was a nice place to work at. Coworkers were friendly and always willing to help each other out. Management was also friendly. They were willing to help out when possible as well.

Well run facility. Staff friendly. Management well directed. Education classes taught well. No lack of equipment. Management is very fair. Most of the holidays were paid at time and a half. Time requested off usually granted. Very good patient care given.

This is a good place to work.. The people who work here are like a family, and work together as a team. Usually there is enough staff, and the work flow is manageable. Like all hospitals there are days that are overwhelming! I believe the management is good and fair. My life circumstances have changed, and I need to make a change if there is a better option for me.

I enjoy being a nurse and feel comfortable in my skills and knowledge. my dayat work is always very busy which I enjoy. everyday I work I learn something new. my co workers are wonderful to work with.my director is very fair and runs a well organized unit.the hardest part of my job is hoping I did the best I could.
pizza is bought for us every time we excell at a goal management has set for us and on holidays.
sometimes we are to busy for shoort breaks
