Apparently the feud from the first one didn't lead anywhere, or it was resolved off screen, because the demon from the first one is now going around looking for guys to get off with and making people have sex with each other for her amusement.
Some of the comedy is mildly amusing. Sure, it's not side splittingly hilarious, but it is certainly a step over the first series comedy. demon and uses this power to literally turn his dick into a propeller to help fly around the town to try and find his friend by following her scent, which he got from a pair of her panties. It even features the infamous line "And then my dick, which was swollen from a bee sting, just fell right into her asshole", along with "He was able to ejaculate with the power of his own imagination?!".
But you don't watch a hentai for it's comedy, which brings us to this hentai's biggest problem. There's barely any sex. In the first two episodes, it looks like the characters are almost about to have sex, and the most we get is a tit wank and a brief look at one of the characters half naked. The time the sex actually starts, and its more than half way through the series, late into episode 3. And there is only 4 episodes total, all only slightly longer than 15 minutes, meaning that this is about the same length as the previous series, but for some reason split into 4 episodes instead of 2.
And to top it all of, the art and animation for the characters has taken a step down. The backgrounds have changed from the generic anime backgrounds of the last series, to photographs of locations with a filter over it. It's distracting and doesn't look good at all.
Would I recommend both "Nuki Doki! Tenshi to Akuma no Sakusei Battle – Revolution"? I can't give it a recommendation for it's sex, since despite the fact that it's as long as the last entry in the franchise and yet it has half the sex scenes. And while the humor is actually pretty good at times, I don't think it's going to make up for the lack of sex. And it only starts to get good in the second half.

Good Points:
- Great character design!
- The animation is very good!
- Firika's scene gangbang!
Bad Points:
- NO SCENE HENTAI! (Until episode 3...)
- If you liked too much the previous Hentai, you will be very disappointed with this new adaptation.
- Comedy sucks.
- For some reason Firika and Nonoa are attracted.... sexually.
- A very simple plot compared to Nuki Doki! Tenshi to Akuma no Sakusei Battle. Besides which have short duration of 17 minutes.
Sound/Seiyuus:
There was a remarkable change: Aoba Ringo replaced Ayabe Yuika as Firika's voice. In this OVA she sounds more sadistic and serious compared to the tsundere and even tender voice that she had in the previous Anime Hentai.
Character:
*Yamato: Pervert with glasses.
*Firika: Demon, sexy and big boobs!
*Nonoa: Friend of Yamato's childhood. Busty and tsundere.
*Sera: Angel, silly and busty
To see Firika again in a new OVA was very pleasant, the rest I do not care so much. Obviously this anime doesn't compare at all to the 2013 adaptation of PoRO. This new version is acceptable only for the outstanding animation and character design. The story is a joke, nothing relevant and important. It's not a continuation of the first anime, you could say it's a spin-off and without any Hentai scene until episode 03.
Collaboration Works recently also premiered "Menhera Ayuri no Yamanai Onedari: Headphone wa Hazusenai" which also presents very simple scenes Hentai. I hope they make new adaptations much better than these and not lean to the "easy". I give 5/10
