For a bit of background, I am a 20(F) year old university student who is currently living at home while attending school. I have been a closeted "at home" nudist for about 6 months now and have been really been enjoying it. This community especially has really been a great source of information and support as I've progressed on my journey as a nudist.
Anyways, I am lucky enough to have an indoor pool at home which is where I spend most of my time nude (besides my room). My parents are at work for most of the day so I really have the freedom to swim nude whenever they aren't there. This morning I was doing my regular laps (a great workout btw!) when I hear the door to the pool room slide open. Obviously I nearly have a heart attack and turn to see my mother standing there staring at me. Right away she asks where my swimsuit is, and rather than make up an excuse I just decided to open up and be honest about it. I explained that nudism was something I had been interested and practicing for awhile, and that whenever I had the house to myself I would just go without a bathing suit. Rather than get mad (like I thought she would) she was actually totally supportive and understanding of me! She said that as long as I was being safe and doing it appropriately that I shouldn't be ashamed of my body (which felt great to hear). It was actually such a relief to finally tell someone and get in-person support that I'm glad it happened.
We ended up talking for probably 30 minutes about our different experiences with nudity and how body image impacts how we feel when we are undressed, which was so amazing. I even ended up getting out of the pool and just stood there nude while we talked. I cannot express how GOOD it felt to bare myself completely in front of another person. To finally just be open and not have to hide behind clothes of the many other layers we put up when interreacting with another human. I made a point to not cross my arms or turn myself a certain way to hide, i just acted as I would any other time we would talk, expect I got to be nude!! :)
Anyway, I just wanted to share this with all the people here who have helped me so far! Thank you all again so much
Hello all, so a little back story on me, 27F, always been comfortable with my body, wouldn’t consider myself a nudist, but definitely the first one who’s clothes come off when the opportunity presents, also sunbathe topless whenever possible... so, I’ve been seeing my bf (32m) for about 8 months (shared account) and we are currently having a bit of a disagreement... Before Christmas, a group of friends and myself all got tested (negative) for covid and had a weekend getaway together. The place had a pool and after a few hours of partying, the idea to skinny dip came up. Me, loving skinny dipping and not even having a swimsuit with me, was all in... Myself and 2 (male) friends ended up joining and we had what I felt like was pretty clean fun (nothing inappropriate). Now, my bf feels like his trust in me is damaged, when all I wanted to do was take a dip... please advise
I am new to nudism, I am a 14 year old trans girl (pre everything), and I am bothered by my hangy bits whenever i go nude. do yall have any advice?
