Lolita City was a website that used hidden services available through the Tor network. The site hosted child pornography images and videos of underage males and females ranging up to 17 years of age (18 is the minimum legal age in many jurisdictions, including the US and UK, for a person to appear in pornography).[1][2][3]
As a hidden service, Lolita City operated through the .onion pseudo top-level domain and could be accessed only via the Tor network.[4] Like adult pornography sites, Lolita City featured and promoted specific models whom fans could follow. Some of the photographers were professionals, others were hobbyists. The site included softcore and hardcore images, and the subjects ranged from near-newborns and toddlers to 17-year-olds and included both boys and girls. As of June 2013, the website hosted about 1.4 million pictures. Videos had been available on the site since November 2012.[1]
In October 2011, the hacktivist collective Anonymous launched "Operation Darknet", in an attempt to disrupt the activities of child porn sites accessed through hidden services.[5] Anonymous published in a pastebin link what it claimed were the user names of 1,589 members of Lolita City. Anonymous said that it had found the site via The Hidden Wiki, and that it contained over 100 gigabytes of child pornography. Lolita City was taken offline for a short time in a denial-of-service attack by Anonymous.

I inadvertly visited a website called PURENUDIS...

After reading an article about local nudist gatherings on Tallahassee.com, I googled 'Nudist Photo Gallery', and clicked the first link. I was shocked to find the pictures included family type photos with young to teenage children nude. There were no images of sexual activity, but it seems wrong and now I'm worried my door is going to get knocked down and I'm going to go to prison for viewing kiddie porn. I did some google searches and I'm not sure if this is an illegal site or not. There is a legal note at the bottom that starts like this:

There is a difference in viewing a site about nudism, a practice of living life without clothing that is practiced by singles, married of all ages, and, yes, also families, and viewing any form of pornography, including child pornography.

However, it is also true that explicit sexual activity in an image is not necessary for an image to be pornographic.

It is very unlikely stumbling across an actual nudist site is going to see your door busted in and your computer confiscated. Conversely, if you go back to the site, download every picture with a child in it and start passing these around to others, that's a rather different level of behavior and would be viewed differently.

If you downloaded images from the website onto any device or any cloud server, or sent a link to this website to other people, you may have triggered an alert that will cause law enforcement to investigate. If you simply viewed an image for a couple of seconds before closing your browser, it is unlikely that you will be investigated.

If you neither uploaded nor download anything, and if you did not spend any appreciable amount of time onsite then you are likely not going to be targeted.

On the other hand, if you uploaded or downloaded or spent any appreciable amount of time onsite, well....

If I were you I would A) NOT (caps intentional) return to that site and B) consider reporting it to local law enforcement.
