Paulina Porizkova is revealing it all.
The supermodel, 56, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share an unretouched version of her cover of Los Angeles magazine. The pic, from a story about celebrating getting older in an ageist society, features a smiling Porizkova completely naked, save for a few pieces of jewelry.
While the magazine featured a sticker over Porizkova’s body, this version — captured by photographer Jill Greenberg — shows much more, including one of Porizkova’s nipples, which she said she had to "blur" due to Instagram's "weird nipple fear."
Though the photo wasn’t edited, Porizkova stressed that she doesn’t "walk around looking this fab on a normal day."
"This look took two hours of professional makeup and hair," she noted in the caption. "And body makeup. And excellent lighting by a talented photographer. But the result is me looking my best- with no retouching and no filters and no anything else."
This post follows a video the model shared on Instagram from the photo shoot, which shows her dancing in a blazer without a shirt underneath. She captioned the video, "Just put some Bee Gees on and I can't help dancing. And in this case , strutting my stuff for @lamag . As you can see, this was a fun, relaxed shoot helmed by @jill.greenberg . It always helps to be photographed by a woman when you're at [your] most vulnerable- whether physically or emotionally naked."
In addition to posing for the Los Angeles magazine cover story , Porizkova opened up about sometimes feeling "invisible" as a woman in her 50s. She recalled a time she and her late husband Ric Ocasek were out in Las Vegas.
"We were going out for the night, and I got really done up: tight black dress, plunging neckline, red lips, really high heels," she explained. "I was walking through the casino, and I thought I looked really hot, like I was sauntering down a runway. But I wasn’t getting noticed. In the past, there’d always been this tiny bit of friction when I walked through a crowd — this infinitesimal moment of awareness. But that night in Vegas, for the first time, there was none of that; it was like nobody even saw me."

She does a mix of martial arts, boxing, and yoga to stay fit.
If you don't follow Halle Berry on Instagram , you're missing out on some cheeky peeks into what the John Wick 3 actress' life, like hanging out nearly naked in her garden. The 53-year-old regularly posts health and wellness content to the 'gram, including selfies from her latest workout showing off Halle's crazy-toned abs . And her most recent post is just another example of how hard work on #FitnessFridays pays off.
Shot from behind, the photo shows Halle casually posing in the almost-buff with some strategically placed flowers and leaves blocking the full view of her, well, behind. The Monster's Ball star is wearing a very loosely woven top, but really, it's all about her bod.
"Happy to be back home on this hump day in my favorite things...my garden and @nezyorkcity top! 🌿" Halle captioned the post.
And Halle's fans were quick to praise the photo. "Beautiful 💥💥💥💥💥💥" one commented wrote. "Woah!" wrote another.
So, how does Halle stay so fit with so much going on? The Academy Award-winner works out regularly with trainer Peter Lee Thomas, who is also a regular feature on her Instagram. Thomas told People he likes to challenge Halle with a combination of exercise techniques, including martial arts, boxing, and yoga. He also raved to the magazine about her work ethic in the gym. "I had no idea what her age was when I met her," he said in 2018. "I never looked or was interested in that, and when I found out, I was absolutely shell-shocked because she has the discipline and athleticism of a 25-year old."
In addition to her training, Halle has also stuck to a high fat, moderate protein, very low-carb ketogenic diet for years, which helps her manage her weight and her diabetes (she was diagnosed with the condition when she was 22), she told LIVE with Kelly and Ryan .
For one last bit of #fitspo, Halle starts each new year by sharing her fitness goals for the next 365 days. This year, she hopes to maintain a daily 30-minute meditation practice, she wrote on Instagram . Oh, and because one challenge isn't enough, she also hopes to earn another belt in Jiu Jitsu by the end of 2020.

No body issues here! Eight powerful women athletes posed naked for ESPN’s 2019 Body Issue , and the images are stunning. Proclaiming “every body has a story,” the final print edition of ESPN drops tomorrow, featuring 21 athletes in total. The women represented include a soccer player, an MMA fighter, a paralympian, a gymnast, a CrossFit champion, a basketball player, a retired point guard and a surfer, and they all remind us of the power of the human body — and spirit.
The images themselves aren’t the only beautiful result of the photo shoot. As gymnast Katelyn Ohashi put it, “I have gone through eating disorders and body shaming, and here I am today doing this shoot for millions of people to see.” Similarly, Katrin Davidsdottir, a two-time CrossFit Games champion, told ESPN that she is “so proud of every single muscle” in her body. Shooting in the nude for a major magazine is one way to break down one’s insecurities, and all eight women exude pride and confidence in the photographs. There is nothing more powerful than a woman who knows her worth, knows her value, and isn’t afraid to be herself. Scroll through the slideshow to see the incredible athletes pose with nothing between them and the camera.
“Everything that I wanted to do, I did it,” mixed martial artist Nunes told ESPN. “Now I enjoy this moment because I work hard for these moments. Now I really can look in the mirror and say, ‘We did it. I did it.’”
“Nothing in the world is going to bring me back my leg, so I just had to accept that,” Bassett told ESPN. “I don’t need to hide it or to be embarrassed about it.” The paralympian lost her leg in a chemical fire when she was an infant.
“I want to see moms, housewives, athletes go, ‘Oh my gosh, I can’t believe she looks like that. She’s 60. I can do that too,'” the retired point guard and former WNBA and NBA coach said. “It’s important to take care of yourself.”
“Normal is boring, and it’s about time we start doing things differently for the outliers,” the WNBA scoring leader said.
“Riding a wave is this emotionless, beautiful thing that you just feel so present,” the pro surfer said. “You stand up, and anything that you’re worried about or stressed about, it just goes away.”
“From the outside, playing in the World Cup looks awesome. Nobody realizes how hard it really is,” the two-time World Cup champion said. “Like, it’s not fun. The nerves and the weight of expectation are not enjoyable. But if something’s easy, it’s not worth doing.”
“I’m so proud of every single muscle of my body,” said Davidsdottir, a two-time CrossFit Games champion. “I had to work for it. I had to earn that. They don’t just show up.”
“I feel really accepting of the things I used to be insecure about,” Ohashi, a gymnast, said. “I have gone through eating disorders and body shaming, and here I am today doing this shoot for millions of people to see.”Katelyn Ohashi
