Best pool and swim up bar! Secure a room with a private pool. Dolly was amazing and very helpful with local information and recommendations. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast amazing and food always fresh.

Perfect stay ! Everything was perfect the kids had their own room (communicating by a classic door without accès to corridors for them wich is good) in both room there’s separated, two bathroom, air conditioning system also wich is a plus as we don’t enjoy the same temperature, tv, sofa for kids and even a PlayStation in their room, the rooms are really spacious with balcony but for our room we just need to open the door of the terrasse and we are at their beautiful swimming pool straight away wich is an extra comfort when you have to kids who love water 🤪 Smoker friendly at some areas. The hotel is really really pretty the staff if very good and friendly. Happy hour drinks are possible to get, it’s especially enjoyable when you can sit at the bar inside of the swimming pool to enjoy it and keep an eye on the kids at the same time, even if we stay long in water it doesn’t matter as the water is daily around 30 degree! We all even play in water under the rain as it really doesn’t matter when you in the water and it’s warm weather. I laugh a lot with Wit my son liked him a lot even if he didn’t understand the language 😂 Breakfast is really big, there’s a lot of food for all the different taste it goes from soup, rice, cooked meal upon request included and of course the continental breakfast, it’s just huge and it’s really difficult to don’t find something who’s not to our taste as there’s such a big variety. It’s just over expectations! I definitely didn’t want to leave! All the shops are close by, plenty street full of shops and some street only with bars, you can find anything you want and you even have the beach situated maximum at 5 minutes walk distance. What can we ask more?? We will come back again without any hesitation for our next trip In Thailand. I’ve been searching for a negative side but didn’t manage ! There’s even a place where If needed some babysitters take care of the kids. It’s just perfect !! …

This hotels probably saw much better days before. The signs of a lack of maintenance is everywhere,. Or maybe it's a matter of lack of budget, with plenty of MacGyvering. Our crib fell apart at the bottom, held together by flimsy cupboard. Upon examining, the repairman/cleaner proposed to flip the same broken cupboard over. Low budget suggestion. AC was set at freezer temperature and could not be changed. The technician was diligent and took care of it. Signs of rust on the patio railings, barely covered up by repainting, even though holes are showing. Sort of dangerous looking back. Low budget solution. Floor tiles were protruding in the hallway. After the repair, it became wavy comparable to the nearby beach. Low budget work. The same repairman/cleaner was on playing mobile game all day in the hallway, and didn't bother to come in and change up until afternoon. The enormous pool was nice, too bad the pool bar was a bit of rip-off comparing to the others in town. The location was nice though. Walking distance to the beaches and restaurants. The kids room is a highlight. The attendant was basically a nanny providing free service, and our sons didn't want to leave. …

Had a great experience staying at novotel vintage resort phuket. The staff is really helpful and delivers all your needs within no time. Check in and check out experience was smooth. Dolly at the reception was really helpful and welcoming. Special Kudos to dolly for priority check in.

I booked the hotel from Accor application and the process was really seamless. One of the attendants named Dolly was really helpful and assisted us for the upgrade without any delay. I must say that the employees like him are taking the Accor groups to the next level.

I'm sure the front desk and bellhop service is topnotch but unfortunately the deluxe room I had had so many items not working. The thermostat didn't work, even at 28 ⁰ C the room was freezing. Do not disturb switch, fridge, door bell and room safe didn't work. The front door was missing its latch. The bed was too hard, not comfortable at all. No USB plug anywhere. The inescapable conclusion is the hotel needs a refurbishment badly. Just by looking at the built-ins you'd know everything is dated and aging. If you don't mind all these and want to enjoy the huge pool, perhaps you might leave with a different impression.
Room Tip: For the same price, Doubletree by Hilton is right by the beach and everything works!

Dolly was so kind and perfect on everything with sweety smile! I am very pleased with his kindness and look forward to visiting. The swimming pool was so big and great , I hope to come back next holiday. See you soon!

This hotel is amazing with pools and pool bar! The staff mainly Raya she is the best! Very nice team and always available for the guests. The food is perfect at good prices. Rooms are clean and th bed very confortable.

This trip in Novotel Vintage was so good. All hotel members are kind, and room was really cozy and clean. Specially swim pool was fantastic. I’m so sad to leave this hotel. Dolly was very good manager.

This is my fourth stay in this hotel, one of the best resorts her at Patong beach, good location and the staff are very friendly, I’m very existed with this visit.. I hope to be here next time. Thank you Dolly and Raya for the pleasant stay with you.
