Today in the menu Chicken with capsicums and cashew nuts, prawn soup in aromatic broth and coconut rice pudding with mangos. And we used the best local ingredients. And we were taught how to do it by the chefs from the fanciest hotel in Patong - Novotel,Phuket Vintage Park. Well done us! @ Novotel Phuket Resort

If you want to stay in Patong this hotel is one of the best options you might have. The hotel is surrounded by all nice restaurants and shopping centers. You will get a lot options for nice food at the restaurants. Hotel rooms are nice and cozy. Staff is ccoperative and friendly. Hotel breakfast is also very nice.

It took a long time to book this hotel to make sure we have a perfect vacation. Obviously noone counted with covid-19. When we have arrived, we were just advised that neither the pools nor the gym nor the spa could be used.. These were quite key for us, so I was devastated. Just imagine (or look at the pictures of) that big pool which looks amazing and you cannot use it! The rooms were nice, big and clean, the beds were comfortable and even though the staff was nice, they still blamed the virus for the shortage of their services. Don't have any doubts, this was one of the most expensive hotels in Patong but every aspect of it, couldn't have been used, just the room. We weren't offered any compensation, anything, just paid the bill. It was so unprofessional from Novotel.

On our 5th visit to Phuket, we picked this hotel primarily due to it's proximity to all the main attractions in Patong. We stayed for 7 nights in a pool access room, and it was a great choice. The hotel staff have a way of putting a smile on your face. Our visit was in March 2020, right when the COVID crisis was breaking out in the world, and the hotel took ample precautions with abundance of hand sanitizers and other measures throughout the property. We had daily breakfast in the restaurant which was a decent buffet with a good mix of Western and Asian options. We were warmly greeted by the Novotel trainee from Spain (Oriol) every morning. The hotel also offers complementary fitness classes. We enjoyed doing the daily Aqua Aerobics in the pool with our trainer Ding Ding Mark. Both him, and another hotel employee (Abel) went above and beyond in making our stay fun and warm. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and local restaurants and attractions including the Bangla Walking street. We will certainly return and stay here on our next visit to Phuket. A special shout out to the staff - Abel, Ding Ding, Oriol, and many others! …

We walked into this place on spec. Having just escaped from the worst Airb&b ever we were looking for another place to stay. Have just spent the best three weeks here and loved every moment. We have never experienced better service. Literally everyone working here are the nicest and most helpful we have ever met. Great Spa. The biggest and most amazing swimming pool. Even did a course on Thai cooking...... best meal ever!!!! We are seriously considering another stay next year. Corina virus allowing
