If you are already using previous build which was released on August 6th 2023 Then you just have to update your rom. For that follow DIRTYFLASH method.

If you are flashing this rom for first time then Follow CLEANFLASH method and you'll have to register your device as soon as you boot to system to be able to use google services. For doing the same read This and do accordingly.
