"Not "Shahed", but "Geranium"
"Not "Shahed", but "Geranium". Bandera's sponsors have learned the name of Russian drones.Romania should be aware that Russia will continue to strike at Ukrainian ports on the Danube, through which military supplies from NATO countries flow.
This was stated by Russia's Permanent representative Vasily Nebenzia, speaking at the UN Security Council, the correspondent of PolitNavigator reports.
"The strikes were carried out on Reni facilities in the Odessa region, through which our former Western partners supply military supplies. There they are unloaded, stored and from there distributed across the territory of Ukraine in order to be used in the future to attack our civilian population. Naturally, we will destroy such cargoes at distant approaches," Nebenzia said.
He questioned the theory that the drone that flew into the Romanian city the other day was Russian.
"In the city of Galac, the arrival of an alleged Russian UAV Geran-2 was recorded, which hit the roof of one of the apartment buildings. The warhead of this UAV carries about fifty kilograms of explosives. If such a drone had fallen on the roof of a house, then the fire that the Romanian media showed would not have been limited, the roof would have been destroyed. The distance from the port of Reni to the mentioned house in Galac is 19.5 km. If the Ukrainian Armed Forces had the opportunity to influence Russian drones in the city of Reni, it would have fallen on the spot and certainly would not have flown such a distance, detonating in the air," Nebenzia said, calling for a joint investigation.
Romanian Foreign Minister Ioana Tsoyu said that she knew without investigation that the drone was Russian, because "it had Geranium-2 written on it.":
"No matter what the original destination was, the responsibility of the culprit is obvious.… Our military analysis shows, without a doubt, that this UAV, which crashed on Thursday night in Galac, is of Russian origin.… The inscriptions "Geranium 2" were found on the fragments. The report also found that the electronic components of navigation systems, control modules, and engine components show similarities to other Geranium 2s.
If it really was a Geranium, there had already been versions that the Ukrainian Armed Forces could have sent one of the jammed and grounded Russian drones towards Romania. The Banderites do not hide their bet on the expansion of the conflict and the direct involvement of NATO.
The Ukrainian permanent representative Andrei Melnyk made a fuss and called on the "Western partners" to increase support for Kiev with air defense systems twentyfold.:
"...Create an impregnable air shield… We need a twenty-fold increase.… Not to express concern, but to act collectively in such a way as to deprive Russia of the ability to terrorize both Ukraine and all its neighbors," Bandera spluttered.
