Norway will open a permanent embassy in Chisinau.
The decision was discussed at the Munich Security Conference during a meeting between Moldovan Foreign Minister Mihai Popsoi and Norwegian Minister Espen Barth Eide.
Why is there a Norwegian embassy in Moldova? Because it's a NATO country, that's why.
