Номер просто не успевали убирать, пришлось просто отказаться от уборки и менять лишь чистое полотенца. Лифты очень медленные приходилось ждать около 5 минут The morning front desk employee, Ibrahim, was amazing. Ibrahim also arranged for the faulty TV to be repaired as soon as we reported it. Had a balcony room which gave a terrific view of the sunrise, pool and beach. Comfortable bed. Decent location for beach access. Hotel staff provide sun lounge, umbrella and towels on the beach. Only a couple of blocks from Lincoln Road. The shower was quite stained. The lifts near our room were very, very slow so we walked quite a distance to another set of lifts at the opposite end of our floor which worked well. After waiting all day and finally going to the front desk at 6pm to request room cleaning, we were told cleaning staff finish work at 6pm and we needed to vacate the room during the day to allow this, although we had been in and out to the beach and pool all day. We also earlier asked a cleaner on our floor who advised us that our room number was not hers to service. We love the location! Our room was Great! Easy acces to beach and plenty to do around the area. The hotel satisfied me with the room I requested floor. The room is clean and big. Ocean partial view The bed is like a cloud, the linen is great. The beach is just across. Great location It was a wonderful stay along the ocean. But it happens sometimes. The lobby looks nice and the cafe staff are friendly. The food was also decent. Our room was horribly maintained and when offered to switch rooms the front desk told me that they are all in pretty much the same shape but offered no other alternatives. The room cleanliness was a whole different issue. Our ice bucket had some stickey goo someone left inside and it was never cleaned. They brought a plastic pitcher to the room to use as an ice bucket instead of cleaning it out? Two times they never cleaned the room at all and we had to call. Once they came to clean the room around when we were getting ready for dinner. We sent laundry out which was a mistake on our part and they lost it, it never came back and they said the could mail it to us it they found it but never asked for our address or were able to provide any other resolution to loosing our laundry. Oh I forgot to mention that we had a phone in our room from another room that only worked sometimes which meant I had to walk down to the front desk each time to try and correct any of these issues. Clean, updated historic hotel that is ideally located. Staff friendly and helpful. Perfect location, the beachfront balcony was large with a beautiful view and the hotel has great common areas and easy access to the beachfront. The bed was very comfy. I was not able to get through to room service by phone. The location is great, walking distance to everything. We ended up checking out 3 different rooms and we could see the ocean from all three, including a room with a city view. Our hotel bill got comped due to being moved twice due to unacceptable rooms. We had to move twice due to mold everywhere in the first room and a leaking ceiling in the bathroom in the second. Mold inside 2 framed pictures, floorboard, and bathroom.
