a. Wipe Dalvik/ART Cache, Data, Cache Metadata 

b. Format Data for Clean Flash ( Backup first)

2. Reboot system

3. First boot takes less than 3 minutes

NOTES: Recommended kernels are latest MoonBase and StormBreaker kernels.
