Earn new and reprised cosmetics with Nora's Mix, Warframe's latest Nightwave season.
Warframe's newest Nightwave is here. Named Nora's Mix, this Nightwave season combines new and old to give all players something to chase. Sought-after cosmetics have returned, new rewards have been added, and Nora's Cred Offering store is still in business for those who need upgrade materials or alt helmets.
In this guide, we'll be going over what Nightwave is for newcomers, how to progress through Nightwave, what Nightwave Creds do, and we'll showcase each reward that's tied to this season. Use the table of contents above to skip to any section that interests you, and use the image galleries to get a better look at this Nightwave's various rewards.
Nora's Mix is the latest variant of Warframe's Nightwave reward system. If you haven't played Warframe until recently, Nightwave is this game's version of a battle pass. As you play Warframe, you'll complete various challenges that will grant XP towards a Nightwave rank. Each rank has unique rewards that range from currencies to new cosmetics. Nightwave is completely free and is not monetized in any way.
Each week, you will have a series of weekly challenges and dailies that give a varying amount of Nightwave XP. Reach 10,000, and you level up. Nightwave passes have 30 ranks and require 10,000 XP per rank, so progress is consistent. Once you get to rank 30, subsequent rank-ups will grant Nora's Creds instead, a currency used to purchase cosmetics, Aura Mods, and various upgrade materials.
With how varied the duration of each Nightwave has been thus far, it's hard to give a specific length of this particular Nightwave. Expect it to last for around three months at least, although it could easily extend into six months or greater.
Yes. It's your main source of Warframe and weapon slots, upgrade materials, and Aura Mods as a free-to-play player. Even veteran players can make use of Nightwave's Cred Offerings and cosmetic rewards, just like last season .
No. Unlike battle passes seen in other games, Warframe's Nightwave is completely free and isn't monetized in any way. Every player can earn every reward without spending a dime.
Yes. Should you miss a set of weekly challenges, completing your current weekly challenges will cause any previously unfinished challenges to appear. For example, if you miss all of week one's challenges and are on week two, you'll receive those missed week one challenges when you complete week two's challenges. This effectively means that players can take Nightwave at their own pace and not have to worry about FOMO.
This challenge catch-up mechanic can sometimes bug out, not granting you missed challenges when it should. The weekly reset typically fixes this issue, but be mindful.
Probably. Just about all Nightwave-exclusive Mods and cosmetics have returned in future Nightwaves. Try to get these rewards if you can, but missing a Nightwave reward isn't a huge issue. Keep an eye out for that item's eventual return.
There are two reward paths in Nightwave:
You won't have any Nightwave Creds to start, but you will receive a cache of 150 Creds upon reaching your first Nightwave rank, achieved by completing a few challenges. To view your challenges, head to the Nightwave terminal on your Liset. It's right next to the ramp that takes you to the lower portion of your Orbiter.
From this menu, you can view all Nightwave rank rewards, challenges, and a "Cred Offerings" button that takes you to a special shop. This Cred Offerings store rotates periodically, so check back often to see what new cosmetics and Mods are available for purchase.
There are seven weekly challenges available alongside three dailies. Challenges are broken up as follows:
New challenges become available every Sunday at 12:00 UTC. Dailies reset at the same time each day.
Should you miss any challenges when reset occurs, you can reclaim them by completing your current set of challenges. This acts as Nightwave's catch-up mechanic for players who take breaks.
A full list of challenges can be found on the Warframe Fandom Wiki . Let's give an example of what a weekly set of challenges looks like:
If you already own some of the cosmetic items in this Nightwave, you'll be given 20 Nora's Mix Vol. 1 Creds instead.
