Strong artifact being strong is not a problem. It is 'garbage you never ever want' artifacts that are a problem. You either get something very strong, or something useless. Very few options in between. Interestingly the real DRG has a clear counterpart to crits with armor breaking, if you're willing to repeat bodyshots rather than aim for weakspots you'll get the same DPS likely with less ammo efficiency. Nitra powder and googles are a bit beyond overturned but when combined their multiplicative nature breaks any other synergy in game I'd say artifacts are probably the least interesting category in the game. These two aren't even that interesting tbh. There's no trade off between crit and raw damage in this game so it's a simple damage buff in disguise - but one of the only ones you can feel besides overclocks since every bonus is additive I'd say they need to be toned down or preferably reworked since not even that interesting, but not before totally overhauling the pile of crap polluting the list. I wish I could revert some of the unlockables: damage for movemt penalty is a straight debuff. Bonus dodge is pitifully weak even on recon scout.
