I've been self employed using the NiteFlirt platform for over seven years. There is a great deal of encouragement and attention when you are new on the site, and my first two to three years, I made a phenomenal income. Since then it's been good, but a bit of a struggle, especially the last two years. It's all on you to make this job what it can be. Lots of creativity, flexibility, ingenuity and long hours are involved if you want to make the big bucks. It clearly helps to have a great voice and vibrant, fun, open-minded personality. Writing skills are important, because there is a direct message/chat feature in which you can text to customers and make good money if you are quick-witted and respond to clients in a timely fashion. Lots of opportunity here if you are a creative, erotic and funloving soul who likes to work from home.
Your own business with very little start up cost...you need high speed internet, quality phones (landlines far preferable to cellular) and a quiet area to take calls.
Not great if you live with people who don't understand and you don't have privacy, Not ideal for parents of young children who need your attention, If adult themes make you uncomfortable, this job isn't for you. If you haven't experienced communicating with people from all walks of life, you are at a disadvantage, This isn't easy money... I love being a pso. The ONLY complaint I have is no matter how much money I put in my account, it gets drained by people who don't call me and niteflirt keeps all that money. So I lose more money than I make. And niteflirt in no way reimburses me for that loss.
Beyond that when I do get a caller, I love the job and the pay.

The job requires you to find your own customers which is fine with me. I can work on my own time from home and make a decent amount while doing it. The hardest part about the job is maintaining your morality and not getting lost in the work.

I liked working there over the years and met some great regulars, but found it harder and harder to entertain all the customers.
It became more expensive to place the pay per clicks, and the time I was making money and talking on the phone wasn't enough for the long hours I was signed in.
