It depends on the color of your nips :) Even though your skin may be very light, if you have very dark nipples, the darker colored Nippies would be better unless you're trying to give a show. I would think that any size would fit as the Nipple Skins are not intended to support. They are intended to just cover your nipple so that it won't show through your shirt/dress.
