I am sixteen years old and my nipples have been really itchy for about a month an a half or two. They get so itchy that i scratch to the point that i leave cuts on them and the start pealing. Sometimes i think i could rip them out they itch so much. Some nights i cant sleep well because the itching is awful. Ive even used vitamin E lotion in case it could be a dry skin problem but the itching remains.What could this be? Can u help??
Could be an allergy or a bit of dermatitis. Have you changed laundry soaps or fabric softners? Are you using a different body wash? You can use a little dab of hydrcortisone creme that you can buy over the counter. You could also try benadry, maybe 1 tablet to see if the itching subsides. If it does, it's more than likely allergy related.

theyve been this way for a few years now, my nipples stick out about a centimetre, why is this and will they ever go away? i noticed them a couple years ago, i havent really gone swimming since... the few times i did i usually cross my arms in attempt to hide them, its really embarrasing

A lot of males have "pointy" nipples, you are not alone.

Check with your doctor first. If they think there may be an issue then it can be addressed.

Everybody looks different in their own way,so don't let it bother you.You look at yourself more critical than others look at you I promise.You are too young to understand that,but the older you get the less things like that will bother you.Remember to love yourself.Perfection is highly overrated.Don't hide them,It's not that big of a deal.As long as you got your health,you are on top of the world!!!!!!
