What it’s good for: Backless or super-low-cut dresses and tops.
It's easy to wear your comfiest bra (or nothing at all) when you're at home lounging in sweat shorts , but those one-shoulder numbers and open-back dresses require a little extra forethought. Sometimes you can get away with just a strapless bra, but if you want shape and definition without a war against gravity, adhesive styles are the way to go.
Celebrity stylist Anita Patrickson told Glamour she prefers the NuBra (shown below) over a traditional strapless style since it's so much better at staying hidden. (This invisible bra comes in sizes A to E, and has a wide range of nude colors, compared with some other brands on the market.) The proper way to put it on? “Bend over, stick one cup toward the outside of your breast, put the other one on your other breast, and clip them together,” Patrickson says. “It'll help give you some cleavage and is the best way I've found to put it on.”
If you have a fuller bust , consider brands like Fashion Forms and Nordstrom Lingerie that make backless bras and adhesive bras up to G-cup sizes. The last two options in this section stick well to your side and provide lift underneath clothes with low necklines and open backs.
What they’re good for: Thin or semisheer fabrics, plunging necklines, and swimwear.
Self-adhesive nipple covers (or silicone pasties) are especially great to wear year-round because they're lightweight and practically invisible. Breathable and sweatproof, these options are typically circular in shape, stretching beyond the nipple to cover the entire areola. (Some, like the ones from Fashion Forms, are scalloped to look like flowers.) Most brands offer nipple covers in a range of skin tones, and you can even get them in a waterproof style to wear underneath bikinis and one-piece swimsuits .
Because of their thickness and matte finish, nipple concealers tend to do a better job than mesh bralettes or sports bras at masking erect nipples. Plus, the majority of adhesive silicone covers are made from medical-grade silicone, so if you have sensitive skin or plan on adding them to your daily rotation, they should be kinder on your skin.
What they’re good for: Sheer fabrics, V-necks, and loose-fitting tops and T-shirts.
Similar to reusable nipple covers, adhesive pasties offer subtle coverage when wearing sheer clothing, such as basic white tank tops . They function much like stickers and are usually flatter than reusable silicone nipple covers—but be aware: Even though they look ultra thin, they may pucker if not applied flush to your boobs.
Pasties are skin-friendly and often reusable, if not washable, and like the nipple covers above, most of the time you need only a touch of mild soap and warm water to reactivate the adhesive on the back.

Never wore a sticky bra before in my life but this one has changed everything. Something that I bought for a wedding has become a regular. I’ve transitioned from mostly wearing underwire bras to only these or bandeaus and my back, shoulders and ribs feel so much better and my skin less irritated. Love.

I bought these because I got a tattoo down the middle of my chest and could not wear a bra but needed some kind of solution for work. Overall, they are comfortable and soft. Because of my tattoo, I got blood and ink all over them but was able to easily wash it off with warm water and soap and then continued to wear it after. The more I use them though, the edges don’t stay down so depending on the shirt you put on, sometimes you notice a bump over your nipple area where the covering is. But for a regular T-shirt it’s not noticeable at all. For a tight tank top…might not be noticeable the first time but definitely after a couple used. I noticed sometimes it looks like a larger round area on top of your boobs which is worse in my opinion. Also if you have larger nipples, I can’t see this working all that well either. Pros: Soft, washable, comfortable, conceals point of nipples (when cold or otherwise) Cons: edges over a few uses do not lay as flat, not super great on overly tight clothing especially if lighter colored. May depend on boob shape as well. I would recommend this for short term not extreme long term use. I’d expect maybe 10-15 uses max before the edges don’t stay down as well.

I purchased these about a month and a half ago, I've used them several times and have washed them. They are still very adhesive and not showing any signs of loosing their stickiness. They cover a very large area for those who have large areolas, and don't look obvious through your clothing. Nice product, I will most likely order again as I'm sure they wont last too long. Great alternative for those of us who chose not to wear bras but also don't enjoy the awkward nipple stares!

Does the trick, but uncomfortable to take off

Idea is good....packaging is lovely....the size is alright but all females have different size 'areolas' plus what goes along with it. I have not worn them for a long time. They are supposed to stay on 8 hours. Who enjoys themselves at a party for 8 hours anymore? I surely would not wear them grocery shopping. The tiny ROUND pads work well with 'athletic' bras otherwise I wear a bra that has a bit of padding to cover up the front area. Hope this helps. Truthfully I envy those who have smaller "tips" .... no bra is the best and the look used to be fashionable in the 70's and 80's....bad taste now, for sure....rightfully so.

Staying in place good. Hot out today so we will see what happens if/ when they get in contact with sweat.

Due to lingering nerve pain from a severe bout of shingles, not able to wear a bra. This work great!

Look great, absolutely invisible in a white T, stay in place all day and are comfortable.
