Nikki du Plessis is a South African internationally published Playboy model.
She
loves to do Underwater Free Diving and meet new people and work with
interesting and creative photographers. She absolutely loves being in front of
the camera!
Catch her in her interview on Women Fitness with President, Namita Nayyar, where she talks about her lifestyle.
You
have been modeling since a very young age. You have 3 published pictorials for
Playboy.com and were chosen as one of the Top 100 Sexiest Women in the World by
FHM South Africa. Tell us more about this incredible modeling journey and how
it all began?
I’m
lucky to be able to do what I love. Everything started 5 years ago when I
wanted to do something special with my little sister, Reenie.. At first it was
just a hobby, I entered the Sports Illustrated Model Search competition to see
where it would lead me to and that’s when everything started
“snowballing”. It’s been incredible and I can’t wait to see what’s
next in store for me.. I feel blessed*
You
are a world leading Media Personality, Model, Actress, Spokesperson and
Ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
It’s
actually very exciting! Every day is different for me because I never know
what’s going to happen next. You need to be focused, be able to adapt quickly
to different situations, be dynamic and always remember to have fun!
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine which you may wish to share?
I try to work out at least 4 times a week, mostly weight lifting. I’m lucky to still be able to eat most of the foods I like but it requires me to work out and keep fit as well.
