e limo was in the shop and they never relayed the message or corresponded at all to anyone. I ended up driving the entire wedding party myself with several trips to salvage the damage and stress this company has caused. This is a horseshit company. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
CANCELED!!! CANCELED! They canceled because they said that the limo was in the shop. The killer is, they had no back up plan or way to fix this by sending another car, calling another company to step in.... NOTHING. Further... this limo was in the shop days before the event, so they had plenty of time to come up with a back up plan should something happen.
I am absolutely disgusted with the company and the fact that they just left a bride hours before her big day high and dry with no transportation and nothing more and than am "I'm sorry". She did not deserve this nor does any bride deserve to be treated like this on their wedding day. The look on her face was shear heart break and I could not stand by and not warn others of how unprofessional this company was bc this is a HUGE part of their business. I have never heard of this happening to anyone and with so many other options out there, I beg that you go somewhere else. A true test of the character and integrity of company is how they treat their patron when unexpected things happen and this was was a very true picture of how this company may treat you if something happens. Go some where else!!!
when he’s known for two days already! Why did I get a call an hour before ?? They couldn’t do anything for us ! We had to have my brother in law drive us to the wedding . The whole point of the limo was to not stress any guests out... a total inconsiderate company and a waste of money ! Do not hire these people, it was absolutely horrible !!!! I have yet to receive money back . Overall horrible experience for me and my wedding party . We were all stressed out!

After I had already booked and made a downpayment, it once took 5 weeks for them to answer an email with a question about the limo. However, if I called directly, someone would always respond. The limo (we had a party bus) itself was fine - clean and go the job done (although it was raining and the roof had a few leaks). The limo driver himself was great - super accommodating and went with the flow to all our photo shoot locations. Overall, they were a fine company to work with but if you choose them be prepared that communication will be a little slow.

ours from Nightstar Limo. They didn't try to force me to buy extra services or get me on the phone to do a hard sell. I really appreciated that. When I did decide to go with Nightstar limo, the reservation process was easy, the agent on the phone answered all my questions and was very polite and courteous.

re we needed to go quick. He was so quick that in fact when my time limit was close to expiring, he made sure I got back in time. I recommend getting that driver if you can, he's awesome.
The BEST customer service and driver I've had from a driving service, and just in general these guys were always amazing with it. Price is what it is, but the limo was big enough for about 14 people.
