Ghost aka Kieran has been in the hitman game since he was 18 . After seeing that his parents were murdered he wanted revenge of killing the Cartel who did it . Rogue took him under his wing and started training him after finding him left for dead now 19 years later he is hiding in the shadows about to handle his next job but the person he is supposed to take out has a girl with him that he is drawn to. The moment her eyes meets his he knows he will let her go and protect her even if it means he's out the game . She is the light to his darkness and she will be his even if he feels he don't deserve her. Savannah went on a date to prove she wasn't a prude . Worst mistake she made was agreeing to it but it also turned out to be the best since she met Kieran and for the first time since her accident she feels whole again. Kieran doesn't treat her as though she will break but sees her as the strong beautiful woman she is. Just like she sees who he is even though his hitman posterior . Good lord I loved this book. I couldn't put it down and didn't want it to end. This is an age-gap instalove romance with some sweetness and steamy scenes thrown in with some danger and drama. Savannah is one sweet yet fierce girl who keeps Kieran on his toes. Brings light to his world where he was always in shadows. Kieran is dark and dangerous but not to Savannah she cracked through his wall and brought him into the light to love again . This is the perfect pairing. The chemistry was there from the first meeting through. I loved the bit of danger and how Kieran handled it but also how fierce Savannah was even in the face of it. Every time I think a one of Nichole Rose's books wont be better then the last I am proven wrong. Now I am anxiously waiting for Saint and Everleigh as well as the teaser we got for Gwen and Cyrus. Another great book for the Hitman series and for Nichole .
Liking this series more and more with each book... Admittedly, this one by N.Rose, and the one before it by Fiona Davenport were deliciously my favs, those authors are just master's at weaving together connections between their other series in even a hitman's world! I loveeeeee when we get characters that we know and have seen them grow through the many other books from a different series, and then BOOM! Expertly woven into a completely different universe sooo flawlessly, it doesn't even feel forced or like a stretch like the author name drops a character and it dies by really fit here they make them a very believable extension to this world... I wanna see a mash up with Rouge n crew, Carringtion/Kendall n crew, and more of n roses characters in a story together... So Fiona and Rose, chop chop, make it happen you ladies are geniuses with the bad a female and ott alpha male love stories where a CIA black opps anent can be married to a government assassin from an agency that "doesn't exists" its so deep cover,( I'm talking agent Alex "Justice" and the deadliest operative Evie "Scarlet" from an FD story peoples) and not know about it till they almost kill the other when both sent in on same mission, with different orders as their objective.... BUT even there the epicness of their love was the sweetest , and won out; to N. Rose and the story of way of a female kickass rec. execs CEO, who can maintain being a badass chick in a male dominated field, and still find that perfect man who's just as BA, and fit perfectly! Lovvvve them! I wanna see Johan, Thature, Cash, Riley, Lana, Savannah, Rouge, Ghost, Carter Saint, Shep , Jax, Xander Justice, Scarlet, and co. All in a room together, having tea and taking over the world of something!

I don't like seeing her afraid. It's…painful. Don't be afraid, little one. Not of me.” At this point I don’t know why I just don’t highlight the entire Nicole Rose books lol. I love how she writes. This is the story of Kieran (aka Ghost) and Savannah. Even though this book is part of The Men of Ruthless Corp series, it ties into Rose’s “His Christmas Miracle” book (I’m also waiting not so patiently for Saint’s story!). Kieran is out on a job ready to take out a shady character but unfortunately that man has his sights set on Savannah that evening. Kieran is immediately drawn to her and even though the rules say to leave no witnesses, he saves her and lets her go. He can’t stop thinking about Savanna (and vice versa) so he knows he’s done for. He’s going to have to quit his life as a Hitman and claim her. Unfortunately, there seems to be danger lurking around every corner. Between his boss who is going to be pissed that she is alive and and enemy from the past, he’s going to have a hell of a time keeping her safe. Enter some good old fashioned stalking! ”I follow her because anytime I get too far from her, I start fiending like an addict, needing to see her.” A great read from the Nichole Rose universe. Kieran and Savannah
As soon as I saw this book was written by Nichole Rose, I knew it was going to be good. And as always, it really was. I don't think I ever gave her anything less than 4or 5*. She is that good. The plot was fantastic and engaging. The characters were likeable and the romance was hit and heavy. Highly recommended

I really enjoyed reading this one and I can't wait to read more in this series. A well written romance with some hot hot hot scenes.

Everyone need a Ghost on their side.
A wonderful story from Nichole Rose. I enjoy that some of her stories are connected. Savannah have been through a lot and the last thing she need is a hitman. Ghost is a hitman that does not leave a witness but Savannah is someone he did not know he will ever meet. Ghost tried his hardest to stay away from her but love wins. You can never go wrong with Nichole Rose. Her story have a great feel and you become invested with the MCs. I highly recommend this book.
