New project onboarding plans

We consider implementing a new feature on our platform and onboard a loan originator who specializes in consumer loans. 

Investing in consumer loans involves providing financial support to companies that specialize in distributing small loan amounts to individuals for personal use, such as buying a car, consolidating debt, or covering unexpected expenses.

As an investor in consumer loans, you essentially become a lender who earns interest on the money you've provided to these companies. 

Investing in consumer loans provides an opportunity for portfolio diversification. It's a way to spread investment across different asset classes and reduce overall risk.

We anticipate increased returns from this sector per annum and, correspondingly, the opportunity to offer our investors short-term loans with durations ranging from 3 to 18 months, yielding returns of 16-19%.

Our potential strategy includes significant improvements in our practices. We will hire a specialized person in consumer loans to enhance our expertise, improve our due diligence process for onboarding these companies, and refine our risk scoring model by adding extra layers to evaluate additional risks. Additionally, we will carefully assess collateral options proposed by the loan originator, with attention given to the registered capital.
