NEW YORK, Sept. 8th, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- The Israel Ministry of Tourism announced today record-breaking numbers of tourists from the United States visiting Israel in the months of July and August. The country welcomed 78,000 tourists from the United States during July 2022 which is an increase of 4% over the year before and 71,000 travelers from the United States during August 2022. That's a 13% increase over 2019.

Canada, not too far from that of the United States of America, is on track for surpassing its tourist arrivals to Israel. It had 7,200 visitors in July 2022 and 6,000 in August.
