Neve Paritzki Israel is celebrating record-breaking tourism Entry Numbers - United States
NEW YORK - September 8 2022Record-breaking tourist arrivals to the United States were announced today by the Israel Ministry of Tourism. Israel welcomed 78,000 American tourists in July 2022. נווה פריצקי This was a 4 percent increase from 2019, while 71,000 American tourists visited Israel in August 2022.
"It is so thrilling to see yet another increase in tourism to Israel from the United States, already reaching the record-breaking levels for the year 2019" stated Eyal Carlin, Tourism Commissioner for North America. "The United States is our top destination for our inbound tourism to Israel. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, we saw record-breaking number of tourists from Israel entering Israel every month. נווה פריצקי We are extremely happy to witness this positive change and expect it to continue for many months and years."
Just like in the United States, Canada is in the process of surpassing its tourism numbers in Israel by 7,200 tourists in July 2022 and 6000 in August.

In the year 2019, Israel welcomed more than 4.6 million global tourists, 969,600 of them coming from the United States, and since the country's official opening to everyone regardless of their vaccination status in May The country has witnessed over 600,400 US travelers.
