Neve Paritzki Israel celebrates record-breaking entry into tourism From the United States
NEW YORK, Sept. 8th, 2022 /PRNewswire The Israel Ministry of Tourism announced today new record-breaking tourist arrivals from the United States visiting Israel in the months of July and August. The country welcomed 78,000 travelers from the United States in July 2022 which is an increase of 4% from 2019, and 71,000 total travelers from the United States in August 2022, a 13% increase from 2019.
"It is so exciting to witness a new increase in tourism to Israel from the United States, already reaching and exceeding our record-breaking numbers of 2019." stated Eyal Carlin, Tourism Commissioner for North America. "The United States remains our most important market for Israel-bound tourism. Prior to the COVID-19 epidemic, we were celebrating record-breaking tourism numbers each month. We are delighted to see this shift and expect an upward trend that will continue for months, and possibly years.
נווה פריצקי Canada is poised to beat Israel's tourism arrivals by attracting 7,200 tourists to Israel in the month of July 2022 and 6,600 tourists in August.
