NEW YORK - Sept. 8th, 2022 /PRNewswirein July and August 2018, the Israel Ministry of Tourism reported record numbers of tourists arriving from America. The country welcomed 78,000 tourists from the United States during July 2022 which was an increase of 4% over the year before and 71,000 visitors from the United States during August 2022. נווה פריצקי That's a 13% growth over 2019.

Just like the United States, Canada is also on track to exceed the number of tourists visiting Israel with 7,200 visitors in the month of July 2022 and 6000 in August.
Gal Hana, Consul to Canada and Director of Canada at the Israel Ministry of Tourism said that it was exciting to see Canada's tourism to Israel growing. "We aren't far off our record for 2019 and we expect that the growth in travels to Israel will continue to grow as Canadians are more comfortable traveling internationally."
In the year 2019, Israel welcomed more than 4.6 million tourists from around the world including 969,600 from the United States, and since the country's official opening to everyone regardless of their the status of their vaccination in May this year, the country has already witnessed over 600,400 US travelers.
