Job Description

"Armenian Card" CJSC is looking for a highly experienced and motivated Network Administrator to join the Company’s IT infrastructure team. The Network Administrator will be responsible for the development and maintenance of network infrastructure projects.

Job responsibilities

• Set up the Company’s network infrastructure based on best practice policies,
• Install, configure and ensure the operation of new network equipments,
• Test and install network equipment updates,
• Set up and install the Company’s Network filters,
• Optimize the Company’s network infrastructure,
• Network device installation and cabling,
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging tools and technologies,
• Other related duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

• Higher education in computer science, information technology, engineering, or in a related field,
• At least 5 years of professional work experience in the areas of network administration, network engineering, or network support,
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware,
• Goog knowledge of virtualization systems,
• Detailed knowledge of Cisco networking systems,
• Knowledge of Router, Switch equipment, Computer Networks (OSI model),
• Working knowledge of IP Networking; including, HA firewalls, IPS/IDS, DHCP, SNMP IPSEC VPNs,
• Knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows, Unix) as user level,
• Ability to identify, deploy, and manage complex networking systems,
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, technical knowledge of Russian and English languages
