A Short Introduction

Neon Cyber Dash is an arcade game made by CobbleRiver Games. This policy explains what happens to information when you play the game on your Android device. In short, the game runs entirely on your phone. We do not collect, receive or store any personal data about you.

What Lives on Your Device

Neon Cyber Dash keeps a small amount of information so it can remember your choices between sessions. This includes:

• Settings you pick, such as sound and music preferences
• Saved items and progress the game needs so you can continue where you left off

All of this is written to local storage on your phone. It is never uploaded to us or to anyone else. We do not run a server that receives it, and we have no way to view it.

The game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal details. It does not build a profile of you.

Why the Game Keeps This Data

Your locally stored settings and saved items have one purpose: to make the game behave the way you expect each time you open it. They are not used for profiling, marketing or any other purpose. They are not combined with information from anywhere else.

Outside Services and SDKs

There are none. Neon Cyber Dash contains no third-party software development kits of any kind. No external library inside the app sends information off your device, and the game does not rely on any outside service to work.

Who We Share Information With

We share it with nobody. We never receive personal data, so we have nothing to share, rent or sell. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We do not disclose information to partners, affiliates or other companies.

Keeping Your Information Safe

Your settings and saved items stay inside the app's private storage area on your phone, where the Android operating system protects them. The game transmits nothing over the internet, so there is no transfer that could be intercepted and no central database that could be breached. You can add further protection by using a screen lock and keeping your device software up to date.

How Long Data Remains

Saved data stays on your device for as long as the app is installed. You can remove it at any time in either of these ways:

• Clear the app's storage in your device settings
• Uninstall Neon Cyber Dash, which deletes the data permanently

We keep no copies, so nothing remains with us afterward.

Younger Players

Neon Cyber Dash is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 or under the equivalent minimum age in their country. The game gathers no personal data at all, so a child can play without any information about them leaving the device. We respect all of these rights. CobbleRiver Games holds no personal data about you, so there is nothing on our side to provide, correct or erase, and nothing that is sold or shared. You keep full control of the information on your phone and can delete it whenever you like, as described above. You may still send us any request, and we will respond within the time limits set by applicable law.

When This Policy Changes

If a future version of Neon Cyber Dash changes how information is handled, we will update this policy before releasing that version. We will also revise the date at the top and explain any material changes clearly on this page. If you keep using the game after an update, the revised policy applies.
