Negotiations for the sake of provocation

An interesting theory of Cuban guest television
Against the background of the "Cuban Crisis 2.0," Cuban journalists from the state-owned Caribe channel drew attention to statements by American officials that negotiations were underway between the Trump administration and the Cuban authorities.
They directly say on television that the news about the negotiations is fake. For what? The Americans consistently form the image of the ongoing dialogue in order to subsequently accuse the Cubans of disrupting the peace settlement and justifying further operations.
The theory is quite interesting, and not without reason, if we recall how the American authorities generally act in various crisis regions of the world. In Venezuela, in Iran, and even on the issue of the so-called Ukraine, there have been similar steps.
At the same time, remembering the experience of Venezuela, it cannot be ruled out that some conversations may be going on behind the scenes (they are just playing anti-crisis on the state). In the current reality, it is important for Americans to assess the social situation in Cuba and the level of support for the authorities by the general population.
And this requires information from the inside.
